The Apparel Wearing: The victim was wearing maroon t-shirt with
blue jacket

FINDINGS:

Examined a medium built, between 30 to 35 years old, fairly


developed cadaver, in the state of decomposition at the of
examination. The following findings are as follows;

- positive lacerated wound, elliptical shape 5 to 6 inches


- bloated abdomen
- positive foreign body nasal area

Cause of Death: Salt Water Drowning probably secondary to


traumatic blow to the frontal area, lateral aspect of the head

The Apparel Wearing: The victim was wearing t-shirt with brown
shorts

FINDINGS:

Examined a gun shot victim with medium built, between 40 to 45


years old, fairly developed cadaver, not on the state of decomposition
at the of examination. The following findings are as follows;

Gun shot wound 1:


- point entry: superior right chest mid clavicular area, anteriorly
located
- point of exit: superior right chest, medial to right scapular area,
posteriorly located

Gun shot wound 2:


- point of entry: posterior aspect of the left forearm proximal 3rd
- point of exit: anterior aspect of the left arm middle 3rd with
complete humeral fracture

Gun shot wound 3:


- point of entry: anterior left upper quadrant of the abdomen
with no exit

mortis, not on the state of decomposition at the time of examination.
The following findings are as follows;

- No evidence of physical injury noted

secondary to Intracerebral hemorrhage probably secondary to long
standing hypertension uncontrolled; cannot totally rule out Acute

FINDINGS:

Examined a large built, fairly developed cadaver, not in the state


of decomposition at the of examination. The following findings are as
follows;

- positive bruising in the neck similar to the pattern in the rope


used
- negative for scrappings under the nail of the victim (skin or
blood)
- no evidence of physical injury noted on the victims face and
body
