NEMO CEM OBSERVER

DATA SHEET
The Nemo CEM Observer package includes a number of Nemo CEM Observer clients,
Nemo Server for log files storage, and Nemo Analyze for post-processing. In addition,
Nemo CEM Observer clients are always connected to the customer-dedicated Nemo Cloud
backend service which provides fleet management services to in-market Nemo CEM
Observer clients.

Nemo CEM Observer is the first CEM solution in the world to offer full radio network level
troubleshooting by capturing full drive test level diagnostics data of perceived problem
situations. The captured data enables operators to more thoroughly analyze the root
causes of customer Quality of Experience (QoE) problems.

Nemo CEM Observer Features

Troubleshoots user experience problems by monitoring mobile services in real-time

Collects and combines CEM application level data with drive test level data
Collects drive test level diagnostics data directly from customers smartphones (L2/L3 level data)
Analyzes and visualizes the collected data by using Anites post-processing tools
Provides accurate location information with all metrics. Recorded by using internal or Bluetooth GPS.
Provides engineering-level visibility to mobile network data
Supports measurement data collection on GSM, CDMA, EVDO, WCDMA, HSDPA, HSUPA, HSPA+, LTE/ LTE Cat 4, and WiFi
(HetNet) networks.
Views decoded L3 signaling messages
Supports Qualcomm and Broadcom chipsets
