Job Title: Change Management Analyst, Global Tax Compliance Program

Reports To: Programme Manager, Change Management

Job Description
Standard Chartered (the Bank) establish the Global Tax Compliance Programme (GTCP) as part
of its Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and
Canadian Tax obligations. The Banks FATCA Program has running for several years, and with
work underway to transition some elements of the Programme delivery to Business As Usual
(BAU), an opportunity exists for a Change Management Analyst to join the Programmes Change
Management team in SG, focussed on supporting proper project governance.

Roles and Responsibilities


Working closely with the Change Management teams Training and Communications Leads in:
Assisting the Change Management team in ensuring the Risks and Issues is up-to
date in JIRA
Help the Change Management team in tracking project milestones relating to
Training and Communications
Overseeing any necessary migration of SharePoint sites for both the broader
Programme sites as well as the Digital Learning Aid (DLA )
Interfacing with the stream leads within the Programme in relation to document
archiving
Facilitating the Programmes country governance call in close collaboration with the
stream leads with the Program
Supporting the Programmes email account (primary mode of correspondence with
countries).
Maintaining the team SharePoint site such as archiving and redesigning the site as
needed and potentially the consolidation/alignment across sites
Assist training and communications (and any other Change Management)
requirements as needed including the transition to BAU of the FATCA and CRS
initiatives/requirements

Expertise and Skills


Experience in project management and delivery functions
Expert proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
An ability to work independently and self start.
Highly developed verbal and written English communication skills
Familiarisation with the Banks Programme Management Office (PMO) templates e.g.
project status reports and JIRA)
Familiarisation with SharePoint site maintenance and internal communications
Ability and willingness to learn about FACTA, CRS and Canadian Tax.
Ability to operate in a dynamic and changing environment and able to react appropriately
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, e.g., SCRUM would be advantageous
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified would be advantageous
