1. Percentage of software licenses used relative to the total software licenses purchased.
Split by license per software application.

repository.

Cost of Project:
Rs 120000 One time Fixed + Rs 50000 Recurring = Rs 170000

The Project Aims to handle complete life cycle management and tracking of IT Assets used in
Tata Steel India Domain.
The assets include Hardware Equipments and Software Licenses. The Project presents a
dashboard to enter new assets into the system, assign unique identification codes, barcodes,
tracks its service and repair schedules and rates, tracks ownership and location for
traceability, tracks validity of licences and contracts with vendors like IBM, HP and Dell.
Maintains and facilitates Approvals for Asset Life Cycle Management and Payment Releases
with integration to SAP.
