2. Nurses working at the hospital
We are going to use every kind of media (videos,pictures,audio,music) , to
make it fun and attractive. Thats important for the image of nursing.

Nurses dont have always enough time for the students and there are a lot
of other students from different organisations who also do an internship.
Maybe it is possible that they can do a project with other students so that
they can learn from eachother.

Maybe it is also important to make connections during an internship, thats

always possitive for your work-experience.

3. Than we actually choose which media we will use. Thats the part we will do
in Berlin. Our idea right now is to make pictures of different things and
situations, especially in the hospital. Like: Skills of the nurses, different
situations with clint, co-operations between other health professionals,
different departments in the hospitals, material they use. It is important
that the pictures will be nice, warming and happy. We want to make a
statement that the nurses are kind and helpfull people.
Maybe we can make a video with some students where they explain their
expectations of their internship. And maybe ask after one day if their
expectations were true.
You have to repeat your knowledge about what you have learned in school,
you have to bring it in practice.

We will explain the whole internship in a logical way from the beginning to
the end. We take account of things like video and slide effects, timing, type
titles. We want to make look professional, but attractive and fun with the
aim of that the image of nursing becomes better.
They want more pedagogic education.

The motivation to do this study is very important.

The situations of somebody waiting their bait, vomiting, was stressful,
They must have to cope with difficult situations, like when a patient is
crying,
Is this one of the reasons why they dont want to do nursing? They are
confronted with quite big situations
DIGITAL STORY:
To show the good things, but also the reality things like patients who are crying
for example.

Interviews who are already working on the hospital, show how it is in reality.
Interview the nurses and teachers to get their perspective

Also have a look to videos or images professional

Pedagogiek: they try to make good teaching and teach in a way in a good
pedagocical , want more lessons and classes about this. How to communicate
with adult people etc.

Try and make a diagram of it, different headings or aspects, to play around in
what order we want to.
We must make it academic, quite accesible,

Goal: have material they can show to the students so that they get a better idea
of nursing.
