Contract Duration : 08 to 09 Weeks

2.0 PROJECT SCOPE OVERVIEW

CC Energy Development Oman (CCED), hereinafter referred to as COMPANY, placed an order to

Premier Production Fabricators L.L.C. (PROFAB) for the Design & Supply of Priming Vessel for Saiwan
PWRI SE-06 Line.

4.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Kick off meeting was conducted on 03rd November 2016. Submission of preliminary document for
review and approval took place.

4.1 PROGRESS HIGHLIGHT

Quality document (5/10): submitted and approved
Stage inspection schedule,

pressure test procedure.

Nozzle fabrication is in progress as of this date.

4.2 Risk/Issues/Concerns

Internal Blasting will be carried out prior to closing of the priming vessel: Approval requested
from CCED. These details are listed in the surface preparation and painting procedure that will be
submitted on the 6th Dec 2016.

4.3 Request for Variations

Currently no such situation

4.4 Key Milestone status

Milestone will be achieved at the end of the project.

4.5 Payment Milestone status

As per the purchase order terms and conditions

5.0 PROGRESS SUMMARY

5.1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT

There are no concerns or comments at this point. Everything is going as per schedule and
fabrication has initiated. Expected date of completion for the project would be 10 th Jan 2017 as
mentioned earlier.
