P 300.00 for members of LPU-ES
o Non-members do not become a member upon

o If a pair consists of only one member of LPU-ES, the registration fee will just be

Mechanics:
The garment must be made from recycled materials excluding:
o Plastic materials (Plastic bags)
o Styrofoam of all kinds
o Spray Paint
The garment must have relevance to the overall theme which is Hue Revolt: Tributes
for the Environment
Hue Revolt: Tributes for the Environment is inspired by the movie Hunger Games;
wherein garment creations should embody a mixture of a Hunger Games Tribute and
a Capitol Citizen.
To adhere to the theme, the garment must be colorful; which embodies a Capitol
Citizen.
The Elimination Round will be on September 5, 2014 from 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM
The Quarter Quell or the Finals will be held at the JPL Hall of Freedom on September 6,
2014 from 08:00 AM to 12:00 NN
