With reference to the above ,we would humbly request the issuance of Certificate of Final
Acceptance of the above project as the guarantee period of 12 months has ended.

For information, the Initial Acceptance was obtained on 14 November 2014.

We understand that , the Certificate of Final Acceptance will only be issued once the
relevant authorities have released the letter of satisfactory completion . However, we would
like to request to be exempted from the submission of the said letter since our guarantee
sum is still in the possession of the authorities.

Therefore , we will agree to undertake the following :

i. Perform any further obligation as and when required by the relevant

authorities in relation to the work at site of the above said contact and
ii. Compensate Gas Malaysia Berhad (GMB) for any losses arising from any
claim from authorities for any defects of work at site under the jurisdiction of
the said authorities for this project contract.

The issuance of this certificate shall not be construed as a waiver nor prejudice of Gas
Malaysias rights under the aforesaid contract.
