UNIQUE FAMILY CULTURE.

1. BRIDE
Right after wedding, the bride and groom will go to the house of her in- laws;
parents of the groom, before entering the house the newlywed couple must
eat sweet delicacies. After that the bride will now be wrapped in a blanket
together with coins and rice the old ladies will do a circular walk while holding
the blanket and on the first night of the couple the bride must worn the
garments of her mother-in-law. On our family we believed that wearing the
garments of your in-laws can build a good relationship with them.

2. EGGS
Celebrating at 50 years of age in our family is a big blessing. In our family
once you reach the age of 50 years old they set aside a 50 pieces of eggs and
cook them until it became hard-boiled egg. It is a symbol of giving thanks for
reaching 50 years old.

3. 1st day of JANUARY

Unlike the typical Filipino families that go onto trips in different places having
some time and relaxation, we had our unique way of welcoming the New Year
instead of spending our time in a certain place to relax ourselves we are just
staying at our Bakery and grocery store doing the usual way selling foods and
other goods to customers. We are used to it that the first day of the year is
just a normal business day for us.

Productivity Beneficiaries
To expand upon this, there are three useful perspectives in which to frame the value
in improving productivity within a system from an economic standpoint:

Consumers/Workers: At the most micro level we have improvements in the standard

of living for everyday consumers and workers as a result of increased productivity.
The more efficiency captured within a system, the lower the required inputs (labor,
land and capital) will be required to generate goods. This can potentially reduce
price points and minimize the necessary working hours for the participants within
an economy while retaining high levels of consumption.

Businesses: Businesses that can derive higher productivity from a system also
benefit from creating more outputs with the same or fewer inputs. Simply put,
higher efficiency equates to better margins through lower costs. This allows for
better compensation for employees, more working capital and an improved
competitive capacity.

Governments: Higher economic growth will also generate larger tax payments for
governments. This allows governments to invest more towards infrastructure and
social services.

Processes that Affect Productivity

A producer can be broken down five main processes, each with a logic, objectives,
theory, and key figures of its own. The main processes of a company are:

Real process
Income distribution process
Production process
Monetary process
Market value process

Workforce management (WFM) includes the effective staffing, forecasting, scheduling, and
real-time adjustments required for your organization to be as efficient as possible. The
objective of workforce management is to get the right number of people and the right
workers, in the right place at the right time, doing the right tasks.

Good workforce management is required to make your business more professional and
proficient. The importance of good workforce data is a must to make your business activities
coherent and less time consuming.

One of the significant ways that businesses grow is by enhancing the products they produce;
organize it successfully such that these products attain high sales that they have to be managed
by individual divisions with the guidance of good workforce management system.
