Power Sharing To make the learners aware about the idea of power
sharing across the globe by creating a bulletin board.

Activity: Bulletin Board

Please provide rubric to the learners one day before conducting the assessment.

Divide the class into groups of five and ask the groups to choose one country each
for their assignments.
The selection of country should be based on the following parameters:
Country should be a democracy
Country comprising of an unequal proportion of population based
on linguistic, racial and religious differences.
Ask the learners to search information on problems/settlements/difficulties or
causes in power sharing of the chosen country.
Ask them to present all the information in a crisp and attractive manner and put it
up on different bulletin boards.
Learners should be encouraged to use pictures, newspaper cuttings, etc to
highlight the issues.
Put up all the bulletin boards in a gallery or passage and ask all the groups to take
a walk and give points to the other groups.
