Project Background:
Since 1997, the researcher has engaged into conscious sexuality as part of a process of know how
development for leadership, strategic business management and governance with focus on self-
management, emotional intelligence, human factor and human potential.
Year 2016 the researcher publishes the e-book: The Sun, the moon and the heart; the primordial art
of co-creation dedicated to the study of male-female cycles and a path towards the empowerment of
love relationships.

Project Goal:
The research project continues and we intent develop new tools for assessment, gamified training
programs, coaching guidelines for youth, single parenting, and in particular for couples that are self-

Presentation Content
Emotional Time Management & Emotional Intelligence have been one of our main keys for research
and innovation in the field of strategic business management, self-management and leadership.
Within an organization, community, team, family, the knowledge regarding the cycles of nature
dedicated to creation, hormonal changes, menstruation cycle, and their impact into the
communication, collaboration and collaboration dynamics between love partners, or team members, is
extremely important.
In this presentation, we will introduce you to the content of the e-publication, 2016, by the
researcher: The Sun, the moon and the heart; the primordial art of co-creation dedicated to the
study of male-female cycles and a path towards the empowerment of love relationships.
In order to advance the benefits of this research, a wider number of couples, women and men, need to
be approached with the content of the book, gamified training programs and tools that will help them
enhance the sustainability of their love relationships.
As well, the exploration on the impact of this knowledge and adjusted applications for love
relationships in the 9+ Genders Culture (GLBTQS+) is relevant for the development of a global culture.
The theory behind this project is that based on this knowledge, love relationships will be able to
choose consciously strategies, skills to be developed and preferences, that will help them increase the
chances of their love relationship to be sustained in time, and in a state of happiness.

How the volunteers program will be managed?

Volunteers Conditions:
Apply and become eligible for volunteer work in Research Field. (Participate in Volunteer evaluation)
Volunteer Agreement for a Research Project.
Participate in the Training Program, and group coaching.
Reports and answers to questions.
Qualifications: Not mandatory. Students, Start ups, Entrepreneurs, Single Parents, Professionals any
field are welcome to apply.
Age: 18 - 54 year old. Male or female.
Location: Eurasia, America, Australia, Nordic Countries.

Process:
Training, coaching and reports will be done online.
Gamified Volunteer Program

Volunteers Commitment:
At least 3 hours per week/ 81 days or more.
At least one season or up to 9 seasons (1 season = 81 days)

Volunteers Tasks Examples:
Complete gamified training units: Emotional Time Management, Self-Management, Emotional
Intelligence, Watch 72927, The Sun, the Moon & the Heart: The Primordial Art of Cocreation; The 9
Families & The Primordial Art of Risk Management; The I Ching Theta & The 9 Genders.
Apply the training in daily life. Utilize the tools provided. Participate in Group Coaching.
Fill out a report on results of training and application..
All the work is done online.

Participation Rules:
If eligible, the volunteer will start a trial program of 3-9 weeks.
If eligible, benefits will increase with the accumulation of points and volunteer units. (Certification)
Participation cancellation is possible every 27 days.

Certification:
Volunteer that complete the 9 seasons (9x81 Days) will be eligible to become candidates for an
evaluation program. After evaluation they may receive certification on the training program. The
evaluation process means application in the field, through a real project.
