Opera todos los das del ao.
Horario de invierno (noviembre, diciembre, enero y febrero) es
de 10:00 a 18:00
Horario de verano (resto de meses) es de 9:00 a 22:00 La hora
de inicio es la hora de partida en cada una de las cabeceras para

servicios en sus terminales.

El billete es vlido para todas las rutas, durante 1 o 2 das,
segn la opcin que se elija.
Tanto el billete de una jornada como el billete de dos
jornadas consecutivas permite el acceso al bus turstico de
Madrid, siempre que el mismo disponga de plazas libres y previa

Las frecuencias de paso sern de entre 8 y 15 minutos
aproximadamente, en funcin de la ruta y la temporada, pudiendo

El mal tiempo o la alteracin del servicio por cualquier evento/
causa ajena a la UTE Madrid City Tour, no darn derecho a la
devolucin del importe del billete.
El billete debe ser conservado durante todo el recorrido, ya
que este puede ser requerido por el personal de la empresa
en cualquier momento. Su extravo supone la imposibilidad de
acceder o continuar el servicio.

SCHEDULES, ROUTES, SERVICE AND CONDITIONS

It operates every day of the year.

The low season schedule (November to February)
1 is from 9 am to 6 pm.
The high season schedule (March to October) runs from 9 am
to 10 pm. The starting time is the time of departure from the
departure points for each route, and the end time is the time
when the buses return to the terminals.
The ticket is valid for all the routes for 1 or 2 days, depending
on which option you have chosen.
RUTA 2 (AMPLIADA) You can use the Madrid tourist bus with both one-day tickets
ROUTE 2 (EXTENDED) and two-consecutive-days tickets, provided that there are free
seats and you show that you have a valid ticket for that day.
The frequencies of the bus routes vary from 8 to 15 minutes,
approximately, depending on the route, the season and may be

buses (depending on the season) are the last ones which will
allow you to do the whole of route 1. The 4.50 pm and 8.50 pm buses
(depending on the season) are the last ones for route 2.
Tickets may be purchased on the buses, at hotels, travel
agencies, the Madrid City Tour Information Centre, and at its
webpage, www.madridcitytour.es, as well as any other sales
channels that may be available at any time.
Complaint forms are available upon request.
Passengers will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price
in the event of bad weather, or changes to the bus services due to
any event/cause that is beyond the control of UTE Madrid City Tour.
You should keep your ticket on you during the route, as a
company employee may ask to see it at any time. If you lose it
you will not be able to board the bus, or continue with the route.
