II STAFF DEVELOPMENT

1. All teachers attended the Educators Congress held in Natonin District.


2. One teacher is currently enrolled in the graduate school.

III CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT


1. Availed MISOSA Modules, Bright Minds Read Work Book and mountain Province
Its Past and Present through the SBM fund and MOOE.

2. Climate change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Program started to be incorporated


in lessons particularly in Science, EPP, MSEP, and HKS.

IV PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT

1. Purchased 1 TV set, DVD player, extension wire, 2 speakers, microphone and


amplifier through the SBM Fund.
2. Constructed TV cabinet and stove cabinet.
3. All other school facilities are being maintained.

V. REASEARCH AND EVALUATION


1. No research conducted
2. All required evaluation needed were conducted. (SREA, PHIL-IRI)

VI FISCAL MANAGEMENT

1. MOOE allocations are disbursed accordingly and based on specified needs in AIP

VII SPECIAL PROGRAMS


1. Members started collecting scraps and used papers to be sold to help in their
classroom needs.
2. Helped in the maintenance of the SIGA/GULAYAN sa paaralan.
3. ALAY LAKAD LINIS is being conducted in the barangay twice in one month.
4. Members are advocates of clean and green program.

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT


1. The two teachers were observed and supervised by the school principals during
the team supervision last October, 2012.
2. Two teacher attended the Multi-Grade Seminar-Workshop last APRIL 2012.
3. Two teachers attended the District Mass Training last May, 2012.
4. One teacher attended the Division Mass Training for Grade I teachers regarding
K + 12 Curriculum.
5. One teacher attended the Teachers Induction Program for new teachers.

III. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT


1. Visual aids were prepared.
2. Team supervision was conducted.

IV. PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT

1. School flagpole was constructed.


2. The school canteen was initially established.
3. School name was put up.
4. Gulayan sa Paaralan was maintained.
5. Garbage Pit was put up along the way to school separating non- biodegradable
and biodegradable
Waste.
6. Permanent water pipes was put up.
7. Purchased 3 badminton rackets and 2 scrabbles.
8. Purchased of medical supplies.
9. All other school facilities are being maintained.

V. REASEARCH AND EVALUATION

1. No research conducted
2. All required evaluation needed were conducted. (PHIL-IRI, MPS)

VI. FISCAL MANAGEMENT

like medical supplies and teaching aids.

VII. SPECIAL PROGRAMS

1. Monthly visitation of Barangay officials.


2. Implementation of REAP/ OREHA , Remedial Teaching and Home visitation.
3. Members started collecting scraps and used papers to be sold to help in their
classroom needs.
4. Helped in the maintenance of the NGP/GULAYAN sa paaralan.
5. OPLAN LINIS is being conducted in the barangay twice in one month.
6. YES O officers and members advocates clean and green program.
7. BRIGHT SMILE is observed daily.
8. School Feeding maintained.
