CONTRACT OF LEASE

THIS LEASE AGREEMENT made this ___day of ______2017, by and between

GIL SANCHEZ, of Legal age, Filipino, represented herein by his attorney-in-fact, KIM
SANCHEZ, with residence and postal address at Unit 433, Cityland Grand Central
Residences, EDSA, corner Sultan St. Mandaluyong City ( hereinafter referred to as
the LESSOR)

-and-

ERWIN DABU, of legal age, Filipino with postal address at Cityland Grand Central
Residences, , EDSA, corner Sulan St. Mandaluyong City ( hereinafter referred to as
the LESSEE)

WHEREAS, Landlord desires to lease to Tenant and Tenant desires to lease from
Landlord the premises generally described as one (1) parking slot located at
basement 2, Slot Number A-10, Cityland Grand Central Residences , EDSA, corner
Sultan St. Mandaluyong City, it is herein agrees as follows:

1. LESSOR hereby leases to Tenant parking spaces located at the premises


described above and designated as space no. A-10 for a term of one (1) year
beginning March 1, 2017 and ending on February 28, 2018.
2. The parties agree that the monthly rental of the leased Premises shall be PESOS:
FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (Php4,000) inclusive of association dues.

The terms of payment shall be as follows:

The LESSEE, shall issue post dated check upon signing of this contract, with the
follwoing details:

3. LESSOR is not responsible for items left in any vehicle parked in the designated
space. The LESSEE shall be held liable for any damages he or he representative
may cause to the parking lot utilities or facilties or to any person or any property
within area.
4. In event of sale, transfer, mortgage or any encumbrance of the same, the
LESSOR covenants and warrants that the purchaser, mortgagee or encumbrance
holder shall respect all the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement
including the provisions for renewal thereof.
5. Upon failure of the LESSEE to pay the rent within 5 days of the due date, the
LESSOR shall have the right to unilaterally terminate the lease, and the LESSEE
shall peacefully vacate the leased premises.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement on the
date first above written.
