Program Specialist
Teach a Fitness 101 course to 10 teenagers.
Course focuses on promoting a healthier lifestyle for teenagers by doing both
cardio and weight lifting exercises.
Instruct teenagers on how to properly use gym equipment with proper form.
Educate teenagers about the importance of working out and nutrition to help
decrease the chances of obesity, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
