END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THE GAS

PROCESSORS SUPPLIERS ASSOCIATION ENGINEERING DATA BOOK (VOLUMES 1 & 2,


13TH EDITION) COMPILED, EDITED, AND COPYRIGHTED BY THE GAS PROCESSORS
SUPPLIERS ASSOCIATION (GPSA), 2012.

IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: This GPSA End User License Agreement is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and GPSA for the GPSA product
identified above. By installing, copying, or otherwise using this product, you agree to be bound
by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, DO NOT
install or use this product.

GRANT OF LICENSE: This agreement grants you the following:

You may install and use this product on a single desktop computer. The primary user of the
desktop computer on which this product is installed may also use this product for his or her
exclusive use on a portable computer.

You may not resell or otherwise transfer for value this product.

This product is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use
on more than one computer.

You may not rent, lease, or lend this product.

You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this agreement, provided you retain no
copies, you transfer all the product, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. Any
transfer must include all prior versions of the product.

All versions of this product may be used and transferred only as a part of a single product
package and may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

All title and copyrights in and to this product are owned by GPSA. This product is protected by
copyright laws, therefore, you must treat this product like any other copyrighted material.
Reproduction or translation of any part of this product without the permission of GPSA is
prohibited.

This product is covered by the same copyrights and disclaimers noted in the front of the printed
copy of the 13th Edition of the Engineering Databook.

Minimum System Requirements

This product was developed and tested using Adobe Acrobat X. All work was preformed on
Microsoft Windows PCs. The minimum system requirements for this product are the same as
Acrobat Reader X.

In addition to the necessity of Acrobat Reader for the entire book, Section 3 includes a Microsoft
Excel spreadsheet. Excel 2010 will open the spreadsheet. Many other versions of Excel will
also work. Most other brands of spreadsheet programs have the capability to read Excel
formatted data. Check your specific spreadsheet for more details.

Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded at www.adobe.com website. Just follow the
instructions on the home page. When downloading Acrobat Reader insure the full version is
downloaded. This will insure that the search capabilities are enabled on your system. Do not
download the minimal or compact version.

Macintosh Users: Although this edition was not tested or developed on the Macintosh platform
many users have experienced success with prior versions. The cross platform capability of
Adobe Acrobat should allow complete functionality. If problems are experienced please refer
questions to www.adobe.com or www.apple.com.
