#P277 - 1926 Ford Model AA Stake Bed

M #P277 - Assembly Instructions
1. Select your material from a variety of
M B I hardwoods or solid core plywood.
2. Measure each pattern piece and cut the work
pieces to size accordingly. Sand as necessary.
B 3. Make all pattern pieces by adhering the paper

patterns to the work pieces with a repositionable
H spray adhesive. Cut the outer shapes and any
interior designs. And drill where indicated.
4. Remove all paper patterns. Sand where needed.
Q J The edges can be rounded by sanding or using
N a small roundover router bit if desired.

5. Assemble by first attaching the Spacer Block
P to the Frame. Then attach the Front and Rear
O G Windows and Seat assembly to one Side. Next

attach the remaining Side and Roof. Secure this
assembly into place on the Frame. Then attach
the Hood and Radiator assembly to the Frame.
F D Now secure the Side, Front, and Rear Rails to
the Bed. Add the Bed Rails and secure the Stake
#P277 Bed assembly into place on the Spacer Block.
1928 Ford Model - AA Stake Bed Finally, add the Wheels, Fenders, and Bumper.
Finish as desired.
