1. Question/ Pitanje:
In the point 12.1.9 of the Instructions to tenderers, in the list of equipment the item
equipment for underwater works is indicated. What is meant by the mentioned term/ U toki
12.1.9. Uputa za ponuditelje, u popisu opreme navedena je stavka oprema za podvodne
radove. to se
podrazumijeva pod spomenutim pojmom?
Answer/ Odgovor:
The term indicated in the point 12.1.9 of the Instruction to tenderers as equipment for
underwater works, represents the diving equipment in the broadest sense of the word. If the

tenderers possess that equipment, they should specified it in their offer as equipment for
underwater works or they may specify the individual items of the mentioned equipment/

naveden u toki 12.1.9. Uputa za ponuditelje kao oprema za podvodne radove, predstavlja
ronilaku opremu u najirem smislu rijei. Ukoliko ponuditelji posjeduju navedenu opremu,
moraju je u svojoj ponudi navesti kao opremu za podvodne radove ili mogu specificirati
pojedinane stavke spomenute opreme.

2. Question/ Pitanje:
Concerning the point 10 of the Instructions to tenderers, is it necessary to translate into
English the documents issued by Croatian institutions in Croatian (e.g. extract form the Court
register) or documents made in Croatian (e.g. Financial reports)/ Vezano ta toku 10. Uputa za
ponuditelje, je li potrebno prevesti na engleski jezik dokumente koje izdaju hrvatske institucije
na hrvatkom jeziku (npr. izvod iz sudskog registra) ili dokumente sastavljene na hrvatskom
jeziku (npr. financijska izvjea)?
Answer/ Odgovor:
In accordance with the point 10 of the Instructions to tenderers, the tender, all correspondence,
and documents related to the tender exchanged by the tenderer, and the Contracting Authority
must be written in the language of the procedure, which is English and Croatian. If supporting
documents are not written in one of the official languages of the European Union, a translation
into the language of the call for tender must be attached. Where the documents are in an
official language of the European Union other than English, it is strongly recommended to
provide a translation into the language of the call for tenders, in order to facilitate the
evaluation of the documents/ Sukladno toki 10. Uputa za ponuditelje, ponuda, sva
korespondencija i dokumenti vezani uz ponudu razmijenjeni izmeu ponuditelja i
Ugovaratelja moraju biti napisani na jeziku postupka, a to je engleski i hrvatski jezik. Ukoliko
popratna dokumentacija nije napisana na jednom od slubenih jezika Europske unije, mora
biti priloen prijevod na jezik natjeajnog postupka. Ukoliko su dokumenti na jednom od
slubenih jezika Europske unije koji nije engleski jezik, preporuuje se osiguranje prijevoda
na jezik natjeajnog postupka, kako bi se olakala evaluacija dokumenata.

3. Question/ Pitanje:
Whether the construction works in both lots will be executed at the same time and respectively
is it allowed to offer the same parts of equipment and same workers for the execution of
construction works in both lots simultaneously/ Hoe li graevinski radovi u oba lota biti
izvoeni istovremeno, odnosno je li dozvoljeno ponuditi iste dijelove opreme i iste radnike za
izvoenje graevinskih radova u oba lota istovremeno?
Answer/ Odgovor:
The published tender dossier foresees the simultaneous execution of the construction works in
both lots. The tenderers must prove in their tenders that they dispose of necessary equipment
and human recourses for the execution of construction works within each single lot for which
they are submitting their tender/ Objavljena natjeajna dokumentacija predvia istovremeno
izvoenje graevinskih radova u oba lota. Ponuditelji moraju dokazati u svojim ponudama da
raspolau potrebnom opremom i ljudskim resursima za izvoenje graevinskih radova u
okviru svakog pojedinog lota za koji podnose svoju ponudu.

4. Question/ Pitanje:
Which year is the current financial year mentioned in the form 4.4 Financial Statement/ Koja
je godina tekua financijska godina spomenuta u obrascu 4.4. Financijska izjava?
Answer/ Odgovor:
Considering the fact that the Standard advertisement for local publication of local open tender
procedures has been published on 17th December 2014 in the Official Gazette of the Republic
of Croatia, while the Contract Notice has been published on the EuropeAid web site, the
current financial year mentioned in the form 4.4 is 2014/ Obzirom na injenicu da je
Standardni oglas
za lokalnu objavu lokalnih otvorenih natjeajnih postupaka objavljen 17. prosinca 2014 u
Narodnim novinama, dok je Obavijest o ugovoru objavljena na web stranicama EuropeAid-
a, tekua financijska godina spomenuta u obrascu 4.4. je 2014. godina.

5. Question/ Pitanje:
What is meant by the term manufacturers documents specified in the point 12.1.9 of the
Instructions to tenderers/ to se podrazumijeva pod pojmom dokumenti proizvoaa
navedenom u toki 12.1.9. Uputa za ponuditelje?
Answer/ Odgovor:
The Manufacturers documents are documents that fully describe the equipment. They must
contain technical specifications of the equipment/ Dokumenti proizvoaa su dokumenti koji u
cijelosti opisuju opremu. Oni moraju sadravati tehnike specifikacije opreme.

6. Question/ Pitanje:
Is it necessary to specify the first name and surname of each employee proposed for execution
of the contract in the form 4.6.1.2/ Je li potrebno navesti ime i prezime svakog zaposlenika
predloenog za izvrenje ugovora u obrascu 4.6.1.2.?
Answer/ Odgovor:
In the form 4.6.1.2 the tenderer must specify the first name and surname of each employee
proposed for execution of the contract/ U obrascu 4.6.1.2. ponuditelj mora navesti ime i
prezime svakog zaposlenika predloenog za izvrenje ugovora.
