Alabel Sarangani Province The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology is

celebrating its 5th Community Relations Service Month. As part of the
celebration, the bureau is giving back to the community they called social
obligation.

In this month-long effort, Alabel District Jail (ADJ) headed by J/INSP ROBERTO
MESA VALDEAVILLA launched this years goal in reaching the community with
the theme dubbed Ugnayan at Kaisahan, Serbisyong BJMP na Masahan.
Scheduled activities are clean and green activities, Legal Consultations Day,
Penology Professions Day, Nationwide Read-A-Book Activity and National
Writing and Painting Competition.

The ADJ team wants to continue to get involved in building community

linkages, and decided not only to contribute spare times, but also the
workforce, to make the community shines. The jail warden said Were ready
to roll up our sleeves, get the hard work done and have some fun along the
way.

ADJ team will join other government and non-government organizations to

meet the success of the event.

After four years since the 1st CRS Month was being launched, the team has
been more pleased to serve the people outside the bars. Through this, ADJ
have maintained good linkages and strengthen the linkages to the
community even better in a quality, courteous, and professional way.
