records of any activity surrounding performance management?

Ans. If we dont keep records of an activity done by employs then we cant provide the
evidence when we have legal problems. If we have a proper records regarding
performance management against employs we will be in safe situation. Every
organisation employs staff usually most expensive, assets. Like any other asset, staffs
are a resource that must be deployed to maximum advantage. The proper management
of personnel records can make a significant contribution to this objective by ensuring
that information is available to take decisions and creates personnel records. Staffs are
among an organisations most important, and and to protect the rights both of the state
and individuals.
