There are three parts to the Reading Section of the TOEIC test.

You will have


approximately 75minutes to complete this section.

Part 5: Incomplete 40
Sentences
You will see a sentence with a missing word. Four possible answers follow the
sentences. Choose the best answer to the question and fill in the corresponding oval
on your answer sheet.
Part 6: Test Completion 12
You will see a short passage with three missing words or phrases. Four possible
answers for each missing piece follow the passage. Choose the best answer and fill
in the corresponding oval on your answer sheet.
Part 7: Reading
Comprehension
You will see a variety of reading passage followed by several questions.
Some will be single passages: each passage will have between two and five
questions. There will also be four sets of double passages; each set will have
five questions. Each question has four answer choices. You will choose the
best answer to the question and fill in the corresponding oval on your answer
sheet.

In the Reading Comprehension section of the TOEIC, you will have 48
questions based on single passages and 20 questions based on double
passages. Whether there is one passage or two, the most likely type of
reading passages are:

o Tables and Indexes
o Charts and Graphs
o Announcements and Notices
o Newspapers and Magazine Articles
o Schedules and Calendars
o Emails, Web pages and Computer Language

In the double passage section, you will likely find any combination of the above. You
can have
