MAKE YOUR OWN STATE

TASK: Determine the ideal government and theory that can solve the
following conditions. Then, expound and defend your answer. Apply the theories
that you have learned in this class. Submit your answer in a whole sheet of paper.
Deadline: September 13, 2016.

A. It has a total land area of 300,000 sq. km. It is very rich in natural resources,
specifically petroleum and metal products like iron, cobalt, nickel, gold and
silver. Most mining industries are foreign owned.
B. Despite its size, it has a population of 100,000,000.
C. Unemployment is high with 25% of its people are left jobless. Hence, poverty
rate is also high. Contractualization of workers is widespread.
D. Political dynasties are rampant especially in the provinces. Few people are
monopolizing the position in the government. Some of the members of these
dynasties are landlords and have big businesses. Corruption is also the trend
in all agencies.
E. Most people are working in agricultural lands and in the fisheries sector. Yet,
they are the most marginalized.
F. The state has different languages, cultures and religions.
G. Crime rate is very high.
