As an administrator you need an overview of the status of the technical systems,

databases, and hosts. If a status is red, you can use the System Monitoring function
within the work center Technical Monitoring to drill down to single metrics and events
and start a problem analysis.
In the selection screen you can select one or more systems. It is also possible to create
custom queries that show specific systems together.
This functionality displays a system list which shows you the status of the categories
Availability, Performance, Configuration, and Exceptions for the selected system as
shown on the top of the image. In addition you find all open alerts for this managed
object and you could drill down using the graphic view as shown in the image or the
Events/Metrics view on the right-hand side.
