Dear Sir:
Re: Seeking an investigation pursuant to violation of s. 430 (1)(a), (b) &
(c) of the Criminal Code of Canada; File No. VA15 - 128135

In furtherance of the above-captioned, kindly add to your submitted

evidence file what transpired after emailing you the July 21st
correspondence, evidence and research.

A few hours after sending you said correspondence etc. I discovered I was
again targeted; but this time for that which violates s. 430(1) (a)-(c).

Part of my reform efforts includes the daily use of a digital camera; in this
instance the Canon Powershot; model #SD980 IS. It was purchased in
December 2009 and has worked flawlessly ever since. Yet mid-afternoon on
the 21st I discovered it no longer functioned as it relates to downloading
snapped photographs. Instead I observed two notifications:

1
2
Reasonably inferring foul play I accessed the Canon website and re-installed
the software and downloaded the updates (as this depicts).

This step produced no results, as evidenced by this first of two notifications:

3
For three and a half hours Friday evening on July 24th the vendor of the
computer who I described as a whiz on page 16 of my previous
correspondence attended at my residence and conducted his annual
maintenance and utilized a variety of hard drive scrubbers to try and remove
the impediments to uninterrupted use of my computer and Internet (my
submitted evidence), what was causing my camera photo download
program to fail and everything else that accumulates during normal usage.
RootKit Scan (aka TDSSKiller), Spybot Root & Destroy 2, Malwarebytes and
(the reinstalled) Glary 5 were all employed to achieve those objectives.

Since he couldnt identify that which was fatally impacting my Canon photo
download program (after also re-installing it) he concluded that the only
likely reason was that the USB ports function had been disabled. His
attempts to rectify the problem proved inefficacious. Today I tried the other
port immediately above it; but it too didnt work.

Instead I observed these again:

Consequently, the only logical inference is that an important component of

my property was destroyed and made inoperative. And thats a violation of
three provisions of s. 430(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada. The
malfeasant parties (to paraphrase the sub-sub-sections):

5
(a) destroy[ed] [my] property;
(b) render[ed] [my] property useless, inoperative [and] ineffective;
and
(c) obstruct[ed], interrupt[ed] and interfere[d] with the lawful use,
enjoyment [and] operation of [my] property.

Kindly add the foregoing complaint to your investigation; and forward it to

the RCMP and/or I.N.S.E.T. if applicable.

On another but semi-related matter, last week I left a voice message on

your office phone (604.717.3150) requesting confirmation of receipt of the
email sent to you on July 21st. As of today, the date of registering this
complaint, none was received. Since you failed to, Im submitting a VPD
Freedom of Information Request seeking that information.

Finally, with respect to my research I should have added the second

attachment to this email; which comprises corroboration of my academic
research findings as articulated in Chapter 2.

Again, I look forward to you acknowledging receipt of this correspondence at

your earliest convenience.

Yours truly,

Brad Kempo Esq.
