Application for Export NOC on companys letter head duly signed.
Valid export order on the foreign buyers letter head clearly mentioning
Quantity and Name of the drug to be exported.
A letter from foreign buyer on his letter head mentioning the specific
requirement of special code number.
A copy of valid Manufacturing License issued by State Licensing
Authority
A copy of Product Permission for specific product or
No Objection Certificate for export issued by this office for specific
product
Prototype Packing material including Labels, Cartons, leaflets, Blister
foil etc. mentioning the specific code.
In the case of the export of banned drugs valid registration certificate
from the Ministry of Health of the importing country is to be provided.

Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances (Finished
Formulation/Bulk Drug)
(All documents given below should be tagged serially)
Application for Export NOC on companys letter head duly signed and
stamped.
Valid export order from the foreign buyer clearly mentioning Quantity
and Name of the drug to be exported.
A copy of valid Manufacturing License.
Valid Import permit issued by regulatory authority of importing country
controlling import and export of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic
Substances mentioning Quantity and Name of the drug in the name of
importer.
Prototype Packing material including Labels, Cartons, leaflets, Blister
foil etc.

stating that they do not have any objection to import the said drug with
neutral code or special code in their country.
