Total Gauge R&R = % Study Var

= 27.79%
Hence, measurement is possibly acceptable (since it is > 30%)

Also, number of distinct categories = 4.

Below is the Gage R&R (ANOVA) Report for Value.

Majorly, the variation is caused due to part by part variation as shown in the graph, but at the
same time Gage R&R values are also high, which indicates that may be both the operators
didnt completely agree with the measurements.
From the R chart by operator we can see that most of the values are lying inside the boundary
created by the UCL and LCL.

In the graph, very few points are above and below the control limits, which implies that part
to part variations are not much greater than the measurement device variation.

There is variation in the measurement of Operator 1 and operator 2

In many of the cases the readings are not very close together, and is far away from mean
values sometimes. This implies that the present set of measurements contains lot of variation
for individual parts as well. At the same time, there is variation among the individual part
averages, which implies that differences between the parts are clear.

Since the line is not parallel to x-axis, it implies that the operators are measuring the parts
differently, on average.

Below are the measurements that were taken by the two operators:
