Majorly, the variation is caused due to part by part variation as shown in the graph, but at the
same time Gage R&R values are also high, which indicates that may be both the operators
didnt completely agree with the measurements.
From the R chart by operator we can see that most of the values are lying inside the boundary
created by the UCL and LCL.
In the graph, very few points are above and below the control limits, which implies that part
to part variations are not much greater than the measurement device variation.
Since the line is not parallel to x-axis, it implies that the operators are measuring the parts
differently, on average.
