Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for daily production activities to ensure Critical Risk data is properly loaded for timely & effective reporting.
- Managing the team that does daily Processing of feeds in an accurate, timely and consistent manner.
- Perform System Health check to ensure Production stability and continuous improvement. Ensure system is available to business.
- Batch cycle monitoring and Troubleshooting the issues/failures related to Batch, Application.

DESCRIPTION:-
Phoenix is a business critical application and calculates Credit Risk of difference counterparties involved in Trading.
Phoenix It also calculates CLU (Credit Limit Utilisation) of different counterparties such as Barlays, J P Morgan etc.
Phoenix contains Credit Risk information such as Collateral, Dispute, Trade, MTM (Mark to Market), Limits of all counterparties etc
It receives feeds from difference source systems and process them by autosys jobs and deliver the extract to destination systems
based on some logic applied.
Business users generate reports from this data for reporting purpose.

2) PROJECT : TELSTRA (Australia)


ORGANIZATION : Agilis International Pvt Ltd
ENVIRONMENT : Production Support (Oracle 11g, Linux), Performace Tunning, RAC, Control M, ApatcheTomcat
Role : L2 Production Support (Team Size : 10)

Responsibilities:-
Investigation & Troubleshooting
Database issues related to Long running queries, Indexes, Partitions, job logs, Fragmentation, Gather stats.
Servers issues related to Control M jobs, Mount point above threshold, Mediation chains crash, Feeds processing etc.
Application issues related to errors in application logs, Tomcat and Web servers.
- Verifying feed received has processed and loaded into tables;
- Verifying error in application logs, mpe logs, IMS.logs, alert.log, job_logs, tracefile,

into their network.It addressed the next generation fraud threat by bringing together fraud management and IP security capabilities across
multiple data streams (Voice, IP & Data). NETMIND Captures data traffic from the network, which is then analyzed and filtered to generate alerts
