KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale of a Parcel of Land is made
and executed into by and between:

JAMES DECOLONGON, of legal age, Filipino, married

to NADINE LUSSRE and a resident of Poblacion, Sta. Maria,
Davao Occidental, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDOR;

LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF DIGOS, a public

corporation duly organized and existing under the
Local Government Code of the Philippines, with
principal office located at Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Davao
Occidental, duly represented herein by its Municipal Mayor
RHEA OLAIVAR, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a
resident of Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;

That the VENDOR is the registered owner and the

actual occupant and possessor of a parcel of land which is
more particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATLE OF TITLE T-123456

A parcel of land (Lot 7264-B, Psd-11-003227) being a

portion of Lot 7345 & 7264, Cad-275, situated in the Barrio
of Poblacion, Municipality of Sta. Maria, Davao del Sur (now
Davao Occidental) bounded as follows: on the NE., along line
2-3 by Lot 7221, Cad. 275, Sta. Cruz Cadastre; along line 3-4
by Lot 7266; on the SE., along line 4-5 by Lot 7265; on the
SW., along line 5-1 by Provincial Road; on the NW., along line
1-2 by Lot 7264-A, of the subdivision plan containing an area
of ELEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ONE (11, 101)
SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS, and covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-13212

That for and in consideration of the sum of THREE

MILLION (Php 3,000,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency
to me in hand paid by VENDEE, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged to my entire satisfaction, I, JAMES
DECOLONGON, by these presents, hereby SELL, CEDE,
TRANSFER and CONVEY, by way of absolute sale unto the
LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF DIGOS, its assigns and
successors in interest, the portion of the above described
property specifically the Lot 7264-B-1 containing an area of
THREE THOUSAND (3,000) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR
LESS, including all the improvements found thereon, free
from all liens and encumbrances;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set
