Sub: - SLBHESA&CMRT SD Faulty M/s Alstom Make Relays Sending for

Repairs Permission requested Reg.

The following 13 Relays of M/s Alstom T&D India Ltd. are not working in their
operation. The same were replaced with the spare relays available. Now, it is required to send
the faulty relays to M/s Alstom T&D India Ltd., Chennai who is the original manufacturer of
the equipment for maintaining healthy spares. Hence, it is requested to arrange to accord
approval for sending the following relays for repair.
