AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
I, Maria Makiling, Filipinos, of legal age, single and a
resident of Mount Banahaw; after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:
1. I am the private complainant in a criminal case for Slight
Physical Injuries filed against Juan Tamad, Filipino, --- years
of age, single and a resident of Forbes Park in the case
entitled People of the Philippines vs Juan Tamad and
docketed under
Crim Case No.
2. The accused and I, had a chance to meet and discuss
during the mediation hearings before the Philippine
Mediation Center. Both of us decided to settle the problem
amicably by entering into a Compromise Agreement, a copy
of which is herewith attached as ANNEX A hereof;
3. Due to the aforesaid developments between both the
accused and myself, I am withdrawing the complaint I have
filed against Juan Tamad for slight physical injuries, and I
clear him of whatever liability he has towards me;

4. I hereby inform the Public Prosecutor of the City

5. I likewise respectfully request the Metropolitan Trial Court in
