TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.

Credit Term
- Credit Term : 30 days upon invoice date.
- Understand that credit facilities will be suspended if full settlement is not received within the
agreed period.

2.

Validity
- Validity of quotation 30 days from the date of quotation.

3.

Charges
- Prices are subject to 5% government tax and 20% fuel surcharge.
- Minimum charge of RM80.00 will be imposed for usage below RM80.00 per month.
- International Outskirt Delivery Areas (ODA) a surcharge of RM75.00 or RM1.50 per kg
whichever is greater.

4.

Volumetric Weight
- For bulky shipment, the weight will be calculated with volume metric or the
above, whichever is higher [ (L x W x H ) cm / 6000 ].
- Maximum weight per carton (for parcel) is adviceable to be below 30 kgs and please pre-alert
SECUREXPRESS SERVICES SDN BHD nearest centre if you have more than 30 kgs per carton.
- Shipper is responsible on the packaging of the consignment.

6.

Prohibited Items
- Currency (paper or coins), bullion, mobile phones, precious stones, dangerous or hazardous
goods, combustible or
explosive goods, prohibited drugs, dust cyanides, precipitates, commercial carbons or industrial
diamonds, jewellery
antiques, livestock or plants.

7.

Proof of Delivery
- All enquiries concerning consignment status, tracing of consignment, Proof of Delivery (POD) can
be obtained by calling our customer service at 03 5566 1919.

8.

Liability
- Maximum liability per consignment of RM 200.00 or the value of the consigned goods
whichever is lesser.

9.

Complaints
- All complaints have to be written and to reach SecureXpress within 14 days from the date
shipment.

10.

Terms & Conditions

-

SecureXpress will not be liable for any consequential losses due to delay in deliveries.
Subject to the conditions of contract on the reverse of consignment notes.
Advice of any changes in addresses, accountant or principle officer.
SecureXpress reserves the right to review or alter the abovementioned within one
month's written notice.
