TYPICAL MODULE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE Turbine METERED


NB:

This is a guide to setting up your maintenance schedule. This schedule has been formulated over many years of
monitoring site maintenance programs; you will find that each site will change due to usage and product quality.

sign of a damaged rotor assembly or
blades.

Once the valve has been dismantled the


closing speed and opening speed will
require re-adjustment. (see the operation
manual).

Slow or shutter in the actuation of the


valve can be water or dirt in the piston
area.

valve can cause over tightening of the
gland or damage to the seat, seals.

Replace if damaged.

It is an industry standard that stainless


steel braided or convolute type hoses are
pressure tested and their electrical
conductivity checked every 12 months.

Ensure auto drain is working.

It is recommended that all the electrical


boxes and flow computers are opened and
cleaned out, all relays should be inspected
for contactor wear and all cable
terminations should be checked for
tightness.

LEGEND
V = Visual inspection and adjust if needed.
I = Remove from service, dismantle, inspect, adjust or replace if needed.
R = Remove from service dismantle and replace.
G = Grease as per manufacturers specifications.
