PROCEDURE DURING WORKING HOURS 1. Employees exit office using doors and WALK in orderly lines. 2. Employees evacuate the building/establishment by designated routs to the assembly area (see map). 3. NO TALKING IS PERMITTED!! 4. Safety officers/martials: a. Check that all employees are out of the building. b. Check that all FIRE EXITS are clear. c. Close office doors. DO NOT LOCK. (Later entry may be required.) 5. In assembly area, safety officers/martials take roll and accounts for each employee. 6. Employees should remain in their group until given further notice. 7. Employees remain in orderly and silent lines until all clear signal is given (One long bell). PROCEDURE USED BEFORE WORK AND DURING LUNCH 1. Employees WALK to the assigned place on the yard/outside the gate where they meet. 2. Employees wait in orderly and silent manner for the safety officer/martial, to conduct them to their proper assembly area. ALL COMPANY PERSONNEL, CERTIFICATED AND CLASSIFIED ARE TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL FIRE DRILLS Guests and community people on the grounds during a drill must participate. Be reminded that no talking is allowed.
EARTHQUAKE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
1. Intense shaking occurs. 2. Safety martials/officer gives command DROP, COVER & HOLD. 3. Wait for shaking to stop. 4. Check for injuries and/or trapped individuals. Move all employees who can be moved when you evacuate. Assure trapped individual that help with be forthcoming. 5. After checking for blocked exits, give command to evacuate. 6. Safety martials/officer will escort employees to the Emergency Assembly Area. They will check all employees to enable them to take roll. 7. At the Emergency Assembly Area (EAA), take roll and check for missing employees. 8. At the Emergency Assembly Area (EAA), check for injuries, names on list and Missing Individual Report to he Incident Command Center (ICC). Send injured employees to the First Aid Station. 9. ICC accounts for all employees and staff. 10. EMERGENCY PLAN TEAMS BEGIN DUTIES 11. Safety martials/officer should continue to monitor the health and mental status of these employees and report any individuals needing assistance to the ICC. 12. The ICC will update staff members of the status of the emergency. questions/requests must be directed to the ICC. 13. Employees/staff are to be released only after receiving notice from the ICC. 14. Safety martials/officer will be relieved of their assignments by the ICC.

WITH BOTH HANDS, HOLD TIGHT. D. KEEP BODY UNDER OR BELOW EQUIPMENT. E. WAIT FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. DROP COVER & HOLD OUTSIDE BUILDINGS A. GET CLEAR OF ALL BUILDINGS, POWER LINES, LIGHT POLES OR SOURCES THAT MAYBE DANGEROUS. B. ASSUME DROP COVER & HOLD POSITION IF POSSIBLE. C. WAIT FOR FURTHER INSTRUCITONS OF ALL CLEAR. DROP COVER & HOLD TO AND FROM BUILDINGS A. MOVE AWAY FROM BUILDING, TREES, AND HAZARDS OF ANY KIND. B. ASSUME DROP COVER & HOLD POSITION IF POSSIBLE.
