Hi Ms. Shuffield just wanted to drop you a note and brag a little about Will (Strickland) - he's now a junior at LRCA, taking the ACT
and PSAT for college entrance. He made a 35 in English on the last ACT exam, and I think his score reflects both
his hard work and the preparation you gave him at Fulbright! Jeff and I always sing the praises of Fulbright
Elementary and his teachers.
He's taking the test again in April to try and bump up his average score above 31 (scholarship numbers!), but if he
can keep that English score up there, I think he has a really good chance at making it!
Thank you again for your dedication to your students.
(He's a basketball player on the team too - Jeff
wants him to use those scores to get a "walk-on" to Kentucky!!
