I am proudly to announce that your child has been chosen to join Ivumwe High school for form
one. The school studies will commence on 05th December 2016 at 8:00 AM.
The following is payments, needs, instructions and rules for school and Hostel.
1. NEEDS
a) The student should bring the following when reporting

4. PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENTS.
I.
Every student will pay TSHS 40,000/=(Forty thousand only) for health insurance
.if the costs for health care exceeds to maximum, Parents or guardian is obliged to
add them.
II.
The health care costs should be paid at once in the following Bank accounts:

NB: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH, ALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE DONE AT
OUR BANK ACCOUNTS MENTIONED ABOVE.
If the payments are not done early, the student will not be accepted.

Keep safe all receipt; they may be needed for reconciliation on the future.

Payments are non refundable.
5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
I.
Any students who want to join Ivumwe High School Hostel are supposed to read
and follow all rules and regulation properly.
II.
Any student, who seems to have improper behavior, will be suspended.
III.
The student who accepted at Hostel is supposed to have good health, with proof
of doctor examinations, without that he/she will not be accepted.
IV.
The student is not supposed to bring mobile phone in Hostel. If the student is
found with mobile phone, it will be destroyed therefore do not give your child a
phone.

Every student in the Hostel is supposed to perform well academically.

Every student in O-level is supposed to have average of 41 in all subjects, and
average of 45 for A-level.
If the student failed to score average mentioned on No.(vi) will be removed at
Hostel.
Student is supposed to report at Hostel on given date with school fee and other
costs.
Students who are late will not be accepted at Hostel.
The Head of Hostel will call new applications for hostel reservation. Any student
who will be late to send hostel application and the post will be given to another.
Every student is supposed bring his/her guardian at school.
Hostel Student will not be allowed to register as a day student without special
permission from parents, failure to do that he/she will be expelled.
Parents/Guardian are advised to send money directly to Headmaster- which can
be either School fee or pocket money.
Every Hostel student is supposed to come with pocket money not minimum of
Tshs 30,000/=. The money will be kept by Dean of student. (The money should in
cash)
