Description:
Unilever has embarked on a Supply Chain transformational journey and the program is named Win with
Planning (WWP) . As part of WWP there are multiple projects initiated. One of them is called Exception Based
Planning (EBP) . As part of this we are implementing solutions which identify losses that could happen in the
future due to supply chain inefficiency and identify the root causes for that. Then we alert the end users about
these and also tell them (Prescribe) the actions that they need to take to stop these losses. The plan is to
implement around 10-15 such solutions across 8 clusters of Unilever over this year and next year.
The EBP development team is working on developing the following
Automated Algorithms based on Action Tree Analytics
Data Model to support the logic
Interfaces with Supply Chain Data Gateway (SCDG) which is a repository for all Supply Chain data in
