The two highest leading causes of morbidity as of August 2016 are cough and headache, because
weve observed that the community folks have no enough knowledge about cough and headache. Thus
there are complications that can result when cough is not treated immediately. Weve also observed that
the community also burns their garbage which affects their overall health. While for headache, it might be
because the community folks works very hard, thus resulting to over-fatigue which can now cause
headache, and if not treated may lead to discomforts due to pain, and may alter activities of daily living.

BTL and DMPA are the family planning commonly used in the Community of Balakbak,
Kapangan. One probable reason why they chooses BTL as an option because it is considered as the most
convenient, and less hassle compared to DMPA as it is a tedious process because they still have to visit
the clinic frequently in order to avail of the intervention.

Cough is related to prolonged smoking, environmental population and also occupational

exposure. For dizziness it is related to their lack of sleep and fatigue, and for their runny nose this could

be associated to the change in weather and low immunocompromised, muscle joint is related to the
occupational exposure because most of them are farmers, skin allergy can be associated to lack of
awareness to their condition that allergies is present for headache this could be related to their frequent
coffee spree. Fever could be associated to environmental sanitation and hygiene, diarrhea could be related
to the water that they are drinking.
