The alien life form Purity (or Black Oil, or Black
Cancer,orGreyaliens,ortheColonists)createdlife
on Earth and the human race. Its main force left,
but it will return to colonize the Earth through a
massviralpandemic,exterminatingmankindinthe
process.ThedateforthecolonizationisDecember
22,2012.In1973,agroupofpeoplecontactedthe
Colonists and made a deal. In exchange of the
survival of this group and their families when the
colonization happens, this group would have to
prepare the way for this day. This group, which
became a global conspiracy, the Syndicate, would
have to be turned into alien/human hybrids in
order to survive. The Syndicate's task became to
create an alien/human hybrid through gene
therapy,andtofindaneffectivewaytospreadthe
BlackOilvirusthedayofthecolonization.Forthe
hybridization project, civilians were abducted and
experimented on in concordance with the aliens.
Forthespreading,itwasdecidedthatitwouldbe
done using bees carrying the alien virus, given to
them by genetically modified corn. The Syndicate
used the military and any other governmental
agency, doctors, exAxis powers experts, train
boxcars, governmental or private buildings and
created a clones and hybrids work force, and
cataloguingandsurveillancesystemsandfacilities.
Butlikethealienshidthefactthatthehumanrace
would be nearly exterminated in the colonization,
the Syndicate secretly conducted research for a
vaccine that would render one immune to the
BlackOil,savingeveryhumanbeingontheplanet.
Thereisalsoasecondalienrace,theShapeshifters,
who fight against Purity's supremacy. When the

searchforavaccinebegantogivebackresults,the
first successful alien/human hybrid was also
created, meaning that the colonization was to
begin. But the Syndicate fell victim to the
shapeshifting Rebels. After the end of the
Syndicate, the infrastructure for the colonization
felltothehandsofthecolonists.ThealienRebels
and the remaining human resistance don't seem
enough to prevent the inevitable impending
colonization.
The Syndicate's role was filled in by the
Supersoldiers, alien facsimilies with human
appearance.FBI agents'Mulder andScully's union
resulted in a son, William, who proved to be the
subjectofaprophecy:tobecometheleaderofthe
colonization (for this, Mulder must die), or to
becometheleaderoftheresistancethatwillbring
colonization down. Scully gave up William for
adoption to hide him and Mulder and Scully
became fugitives to escape the allencompassing
Supersoldierconspiracy.
Combine that compelling however unbelievable
storyline with mysterious scripts, atmospheric
cinematographyandamoodysoundscape,andyou
begin to understand the quality of the XFiles
series.

AtthebeginningwasPurity.Itcanbeencountered
inmanyforms.
1)ItslifeforceistheBlackOil,asentientliquidthat
canuseabeingasahostandtakecontrolofit.It
cangenerateflashesofradioactivityandsurviveit;
it is very hard to exterminate it. The hosting

organism taken over by the Black Oil does not

remain conscious, it is dominated by the Black Oil
and is part of Purity. The Black Oil isn't a simple
fluid waiting for a host or to become a grey. The
BlackOilisthealien,itcanthinkandisresponsible
fornearlyallthealienactivitywehaveseen.Itcan
be brought down to a single strain of DNA, in
which case it's called a virus; its appearance of
black fluid can be attributed to the virus bathing
inside hydrocarbons, and it can use similar fluids
like battery oil as a means to spread and move.
Bringingthevirusanalogyfurther,abeingthatisa
hostisinfectedbytheBlackOilandanotherbeing
that cannot be used as a host is immune to the
BlackOil.
2) The Black Oil can also trigger the development
ofanalienentityinsidethebodyofthehost.This
entity gestates and hatches killing its host. It is a
tall, monstrous creature with Black Oil running in
itsveins.
3) Once this 'creature alien' grows and feeds, it
sheds its skin to become a small grey humanoid
alien. The Black Oil still remains the thinking
center, and it gathers in the head of the grey. In
therestofthegrey'sbodyflowsagreenfluidtoxic
to humans that holds the Black Oil virus inside it;
this fluid is not sentient and is akin to human
blood. The greys are the social form of the Black
Oil,theforminwhichthissentientbeingcanbuild
a civilization. The greys do not know diseases and
communicatewitheachotherthroughtelepathy.
4) At this stage, the greys can reproduce sexually,
which implicates pregnancy and embryonic
development.
Purity developed a great technology and with
space travel became a considerable force in the
Galaxy. Purity developed highly automated ships
that can rebuild themselves when they are
damaged; intelligent force fields and invisibility
fields; nanotechnology tracking devices; healing
fields; and many other technologies that would
onlyappearasmagictoahumaneye.
Purity is very old, even older than terrestrial life
itself. It has been theorized that natural evolution
of Purity was progressively bringing it closer to
extinction.Then,Puritymadeupaplanmajesticin

size and time span. Throughout the Galaxy, it

would create life or help its development on
different planets and guide the evolution of life
through billions of years until a being suitable for
gestation would appear. Until then, Purity would
be in stasis, waiting. Purity would then take over
this being, gestate and effectively create an
entirelynewpopulationofgreys:acolonization,or
ablossomingrenaissance.OnEarth,thishostbeing
wouldbethehumanrace.Afterbillionsofyearsof
evolutionandspacefaring,Purity'sforcewasdried
down; by having a planet in which Purity could
gather strength again and be reinvigorated would
beasafebetforprolongedsurvivaloftherace.
ShapeshiftersandFacelessRebels
PuritycreatedtheraceoftheShapeshifters,using
its own genome as a blueprint. The Shapeshifters
physically resemble humans, they can be infected
by Purity, but they can change the shape of their
bodies to some degree and heal themselves and
others (using the palm of their hands). A green
substanceflowsintheirveins,extremelysimilarto
the greys' only that it doesn't carry the Black Oil
virus in it, which means the Shapeshifters are not
immune to the Black Oil. The race of the
Shapeshifters was developed and developed itself
on a planet that belongs to the constellation of
Cassiopeia. When the time was ripe, Purity
colonized the planet of the Shapeshifters,
exterminating most of them. Those who survived
created a resistance movement, leading a guerilla
war against Purity. They mutilated themselves so
asnottobeinfectedbyPurity,andwerecalledthe
FacelessRebels.
A Shapeshifter is a host more resistant than a
human.ToinfiltrateEarth,PurityusedShapeshifter
hosts. Purity performed genetic tests on the
Shapeshifters; one of these was cloned and his
clones were infected by Purity: these Purity
controlled Shapeshifters are the Alien Bounty
Hunters. The original noninfected Shapeshifter
thatwasclonedescaped,freeingsomeofhisnon
infected clones with him. They joined the Rebels,
withtheoriginaloneastheirleader.

BlackOil,hiddenundergroundlikeonEarth.

Some3.7billionyearsago,Purityarrivedonastill
barren Earth and created life using much of the
primordialsoupmaterialalreadypresent,butalso
genetic material of the Black Oil itself. Purity left,
thoughsomeofitlaydormantunderground,inoil
deposits or underground caves or outpost ships.
For billions of years, the technology Purity left
behind orchestrated terrestrial evolution,
influencing natural evolution and triggering
massiveextinctionsthatmadewaytonewspecies.

In1908,inSiberia,ameteoritefellanddevastated
the landscape. The meteorite was in fact Martian
rock, expelled in space by some random cosmic
event. Inside the rock was Black Oil; it was very
weakened by the shock of crashing on Earth so
muchsothatwhenitenteredahumanhost,itdid
not actively take control of it but barely put the
host into a coma. This Black Oil was unable to
movethebodyofthehostortotriggeragestation;
for this reason, the Russians who found it called
Purity"BlackCancer".

All this led to the premeditated creation of

mankind, further using genetic material of Purity
andthatofterrestrialorganisms.Largepartsofthe
alienDNAwereembeddedinthehumanDNAand
were turned off; these would serve as guidelines
for the creation of a full alien organism when the
Black Oil virus would infect the host. Humanity's
cultural evolution was encouraged by Purity's
technology, to which mankind owes the sacred
texts of great religions (Judaism, Christianity,
Islam);'miracles'wereperformedtosupportthese
religions, like Moses' plagues, or healings and
resurrections.
Humans thrived and filled the Earth, according to
Purity'splan.Anyhumansthatbecameinfectedby
the Black Oil when they would discover an
underground deposit were taken to a large craft,
buriedundertheAntarcticice,thatwouldlaterbe
known as Base 1. There, they were put in stasis,
slowing down the gestation process of the grey
alien until a reawakening when the colonization
would come. The date for colonization was set to
December22,2012AD.
The Anasazi American Indians adopted Purity's
writing and language. Because of the great
knowledge the Anasazi attained of Purity, they
were abducted and hunted down to be
exterminated. Knowledge of Purity's writing still
survivestodayamongtheNavajoIndians.

time seemed promising. But life there did not
thrive and Mars eventually became a desert

who used it against US troops in the Gulf War
(19891991). In this way, samples of the Black
Cancer came to the hands of the American

TheColdWarandProjectPaperClip
AttheendoftheSecondWorldWarin1945,two
countries emerged as superpowers in a ravaged
world:theUnitedStatesandtheSovietUnion.The
two enemies raced to recruit allies while Europe
was weakened and the United Nations
Organization was given birth; they offered
economic help through the Marshall Plan and the
COMECON; they offered political and military
supportthroughnewalliancesandlobbies.Aiming
attechnologicalsuperiority,theUSAandtheUSSR
fought over who would take the most scientists
from the defeated Axis countries on their side.
Many important figures escaped the Nuremberg
andTokyotrialsbyfleeingtotheUSA,wherethey
weregivenpoliticalimmunityinexchangeoftheir
services to their country of adoption. This was
Project Paper Clip, conducted by the State
Department from 1946 to 1957. The USA
succeeded in recruiting rocket scientists like
Wernher Von Braun, German doctors like Victor
KlemperandAlvinKurtzweil,Japanesedoctorslike

TheZeusFaberIncident
The military really became aware of the existence
of aliens during WWII. There were many UFO
sightings by Air Force pilots; UFOs came to be
knownas'FooFighters'.OnJune24,1947,thefirst
mediatizedsightingwouldearnthemthenameof
'flyingsaucers'.
During the war in the Pacific in 1945, the USAF
triedtobringdownoneoftheseFooFighters.The
UFO took down a number of planes with it. The
submarine Zeus Faber was sent to salvage it; the
cover story was that the downed planes were
carryingthethirdatombombboundtoJapanand
the Zeus Faber was going to recover it. Once on
site, the Black Oil of the UFO took control of the
sub's Captain. This, coupled with leaking
radioactivityandthedangerofJapanesepatrolson
the surface, resulted in mutiny; the Black Oil was
made to leave the Captain's body. Of the sub's
crew,only7survivedtheradiationemittedbythe
downed UFO. The last irradiated sailor died in
1953, after being interviewed by 3 men (William
Mulder and CGB Spender among them). This was
thefirstsourceofinformationthegovernmenthad
of the Black Oil, and the only source for a long
time.
TheRoswellCrash

technology a technology that would be used in
newmilitaryaircraftorthatwouldbedevelopedin
cooperation with major civilian aerospace
companies.
ThecataloguingandSEP
With the beginning of the Cold War, fear of an
impending nuclear holocaust took over the public
and the political figures. So that a deceased could
be identified after a nuclear attack, genetic
information had to be gathered. The US
government ordered the creation of a secret
databaseoftissuesamplesfromeverycitizen.The
samples were taken very officially upon the
smallpox inoculation, which became obligatory
under the blessing of the World Health
Organization as part of the SEP (Smallpox
Eradication Program). William Mulder was among
thepersonswhoconductedthecataloguing.
Strughold,arichGermanindustrialistprotectedin
theUSAunderProjectPaperClip,hadmademany
strategically placed contacts. He furthered the
favors of government by giving away one of his
mines in Virginia and converting it into a storing
facilityforthecataloguingdatabase.
GovernmentalandUNOmeasures

The famed incident at Roswell, New Mexico, on

July 2, 1947, involved a crash of a UFO. The US
militaryrecoveredtheremainsofthecraftandthe
bodies of its occupants. The truth was hidden to
thepublic,andasthiswasthefirstcrashcoverup,
it was not executed as well as those that would
follow.Thecoverstoryinvolvedaweatherballoon.
The organization known as Majestic 12, or MJ12,
was created, composed of highranking military
andtopnotchscientiststhatdealtwiththehiding
andstudyofthealiencraftandbodies.

Increasing numbers of UFO sightings in the June

July 1947 period and the Roswell crash buzz drew
public attention to the UFO phenomenon. As a
consequence, "Project Sign" was created in late
1947asanofficialUSgovernmentstudy,backedby
the USAF. Extensive research only resulted in the
truth getting out, that these were real crafts,
certainly not of Soviet origin and of unknown but
probably menacing purposes. As an attempt to
burythetruthbehindahazeofpaperwork,"Sign"
was renamed to "Project Grudge" in late 1948,
thenagainto"ProjectBlueBook"in1952.

The USAF quickly saw that technological

superiority over the Soviets could be obtained
through study of the UFO. Research began to
manufacture a military UFO by retroengineering
the Roswell craft in top secret military bases like
Groom Lake in Nevada and Ellens in Idaho. The

aliens represented was greater than any feud
between the USA and the USSR. The matter was
secretly brought to the United Nations
Organization: the USA, the USSR, Britain, France,
the two Germanies (GDR & FRG) and China all
participated in a UN council. The Security
Resolution 1013 was voted: any country that
would capture an alien being would have to
exterminateit.
Thebirthofaconspiracy
In the USA, on the more hidden side of things,
following the Roswell events, the highest spheres
of power deemed it necessary to act against the
alien invasion. More had to be learned of the
enemy, it was necessary to gather information. In
the late 40s and early 50s, teaming up with the
members of MJ12 came many government
officials, from the Department of Defense or the
State Department. Among them, CGB Spender,
William Mulder and the man we only know as
DeepThroat.Thiscoreunitwastopsecretandwas
given broad leeway by their superiors. Their task
was to learn everything of the alien presence on
Earthandhopefullyfindawaytodefendourselves
against'them':aninvestigativeunitwithexecutive
powerandalltheUSgovernment'sagenciesatits
disposal.
TheNativeAmericanlanguageNavajowasusedfor
keepingrecordsofallofthisgroup'sdoings.Navajo
had already been used by the US military during
WWIIasacodingmethod,verysuccessfulbecause
ofitsuniqueness.Someofthesame'codetalkers'
translatorswereusedagain,likeAlbertHosteen.
Inthesamewaythealienmenacehadtobekept
secret, the public was not to know the actions of
thisgroup.Inadelicategameofinformationeven
among the highest power spheres of the
government and military, very few people were
allowedtoknowthattherewerealiensinthefirst
place, and among them few knew of the Security
Resolution 1013. Even fewer knew what the
investigativegroupwasupto.

Theconspiracywithintheconspiracy
Forthoseunawareoftherealityofalienpresence
on Earth, a very simple way to cover up
governmental experiments that would not be
approvedbythecivilianpopulationorthathadto
bekeptsecretfromforeigncountrieswastomake
believe that they were conducted by aliens. A
systematic effort of covering up any tangible
evidence began, along with a campaign of
misinforming and discrediting that made ridicule
out of any true 'believer', simultaneously
discouraging anyone that would want to dig
deeper into the web of lies they were building.
Fake photos were created, false accounts were
circulated and fed to the appropriate media, and
hoaxes were meticulously conceived for the sole
strategic purpose of being seen by hardcore
'believers'. The USA became the country with by
far the most UFO sightings and alien abduction
accounts.Thoseawareoftherealalienswouldfind
this strategy useful too: denying the existence of
theverybeingtheywereafterwasawaytomake
thetruthoftheirexistenceevenmoreimprobable.
ProjectMKUltraandmindcontrol
Inspiredbymindcontroltechniquesconductedon
prisonersofwarintheUSSR,ChinaandKorea,the
CIA began a secret research program on mind
control, brain manipulation and mind reading in
1953:ProjectMKUltra.Itsmanyprojectsinvolved
experimentaldrugs,torturing,theuseofelectronic
signals,orhypnosis.ProjectStargateattemptedto
develop psychic remote viewing. The truth serum
wasproducedandmanyciviliansandmilitarywere
experimentedon,mostlyunwittingly.
Therevelationofhumanexperimentationdoneby
the CIA and the Department of Defense to the
general public in 1974 effectively ended Project
MKUltra.Buttheexperimentsneverended,taking
different names and financing, always with the
justification of assuring the USA's superiority over
its enemies. Experiments which led to a series of
murders encouraged or triggered by everyday
electronic devices in 1994 or another in 1996
involving electronic signals added to television
transmissionscanallbeconsideredasheirsofMK
Ultra.

Hallucinogenicdrugswerealsodeveloped.In1989
was tested a drug that could trigger specific
hallucinationstothesubject:hallucinationsoflittle
grey aliens. Such a drug could be very useful to
disguise secret governmental operations as the
actsofaliens.

Experiments began: the first human clones. The

male ones were named Adam, the females Eve.
However,anincreasedchromosomenumberledto
increased violent behavior. Ultimately the project
was shot down and the remaining Eves were
lockedinprison.

Selective memory erasure was also developed by

themilitary,perhapsderivedfromalientechnology
found on fallen UFOs. Coupled with drugs and
hypnosis, this could firmly convince a test subject
of the government that he had been abducted by
aliens.

Firsthybridizationattempts

Thegovernmentcontinuedtobeonthewatchfor
scientific discoveries with potential military
applications. It tried to salvage, violently
sometimes, work in the field of artificial
intelligence, human tissue regeneration, or
subatomicparticlesphysics.
Thexenotransplantationexperiments
An experiment led by German doctors brought in
the USA through Project Paper Clip was
xenotransplantation,thegraftingofaspecies'body
part into another species. Only that this
experiment involved the grafting of an entire
organism, quite possibly alien, perhaps found in
the Roswell craft. When the test subjects,
unwitting employees of the State Department,
tried to revolt, they were declared communists.
The witchhunt led by Senator McCarthy was
useful not only to eradicate the Soviet menace in
the USA, but also to neutralize an unwanted
enemy. If any person was declared as communist
by the government, then everyone, government
agenciesandcivilians,wereagainsthimandhehad
nohopeofescaping.
The beginnings of genetic engineering: The
LichfieldExperiments
Genetic biology was at its beginnings, knowledge
ofgeneticsatthattimewasverysmallDNAwas
officially discovered in 1944 and its structure was
identified in 1953. But already the military
applications of genetics were seen: to make a
superiorsoldier,moreresistantandmoreefficient.
The Russians began a program of raw eugenics,
which is simple crossbreeding in order to isolate
specifictraitsandabilities.IntheUSA,theLichfield

Itwasthoughtthatthecolonizationwouldconsist
in "simply" the Black Oil infecting every human
beingonEarth.Thisledtheinvestigativegroupto

survive a potential alien biological attack.
Moreover,ahybridwouldsurviveconventional(ie,
terrestrial) biological warfare and would make a
fine "supersoldier". The medical expertise of
German and Japanese doctors of Paper Clip was
summoned to begin studies on the hybridization
technique. The main goal was to create a being
immunetothealienbiology,"simply"byhavingits
genomeintegratingbothhumanandalienDNA:an
alien/humanhybrid.
With experience gained in the Lichfield
ExperimentsandthankstopeoplelikeVictor"The
Butcher" Klemper, results were considerable.
These experiments were not exactly genetic
engineering yet, as they only consisted in
inoculations of alien material that, it was hoped,
would modify the human nature of the test
subjects towards something greater. The genetic
data gathered at Strughold's mine during the
cataloguing of the population was deviated from
its original purpose and was used to facilitate the
doctors' work in the search for certain genetic
profiles.
The Roswell bodies were used to obtain alien
tissue. As for the human test subjects, they were
found among those whose disappearance would
attract the less attention: the poor, the homeless,
the insane, the elderly. The dehumanizing code
name for these test subjects was "the
Merchandise".Priortotheexperiments,everytest
subject was given a smallpox vaccination that
would be used for subsequent identification:

Hybridization attempts did not cease though, as
fewresultsastheyoffered.Dr.Ishimaru,takingon
theidentity"ShiroZama",joinedtheeffortin1965
or earlier. The knowledge gained on human
experimentationandhumanendurancewasgreat,
anditcamehandywhenJFKlaunchedtheracefor
landing an American on the Moon. Apollo 11 in
1969 was another victory of the American block
overtheSoviets.
TheVietnamsupersoldiers
Another governmental project to produce a
superior soldier was conducted during the War in
Vietnam (19651973). Conducted on Parris Island,
it was based on brain surgery that led to sleep
deprivation, and ultimately sleep eradication. The
experimental platoon that was sent to Vietnam
washighlysuccessfulinexterminatingVietnamese,
so much so that it went on doing so without
orders.

The1973agreementandPurityControl
The hybridization experiments, which were based
onthedamagedtissueoftheRoswellbodies,were
not giving the results that were required and the
dedicatedscientists,asbrilliantastheywere,were
reachingthelimitsofhumanknowledgeingenetic
engineering. The members of the investigative
group, who by now had reached important
positions inside the government, were facing a
deadend.CGBSpenderhadacrazyidea:tomakea
dealwiththealienColonists.Colonizationseemed
inevitable and resistance futile, in this context
maybemeresurvivalthroughcooperationwiththe
alienswasallthehumanracehadtohopefor.
By making a deal, the conspirators were
abandoningallhopeofsavingallofhumanity.They
were condemning mankind for their sakes only,
andthatoftheirfamilies.Averydifficultchoice.A
majority vote was conducted and it was decided

thatthealienswouldbecontacted.WilliamMulder
wasthefiercestandapparentlytheonlyopponent
tothisplan,andwasstillactivelyopposingitwhile
thecontactprocedurehadbegun.
ThecontacttookplaceinElRicoAirForceBase,on
October 13, 1973. To force the deal, the
conspirators used the menace of ravaging the
Earth under nuclear fire if the aliens refused to
comply.Thedealwassimple:inexchangeoftheir
lives,theconspiratorswouldgreatlyhelpthealiens
to make the way for the colonization. This would
betheProject.
The conspirators would only be able to survive as
alien/human hybrids, thus the goal of the
hybridization experiments would no longer be to
create an army of resistant soldiers but to save
only the conspirators and their families by
developing a way to turn an already fully grown
human into a hybrid through gene therapy. This
wouldbethePurityControlproject.

TohelptheminthePurityControltask,thealiens
delivered the conspirators an alien embryo, fresh
tissue that would be more useful than the dead
bodies of the Roswell craft. And the aliens gave
them the Method, the means with which to fuse
genomes and create hybrids; this was only a
methodandnotawaytocreatetheperfecthybrid
bygenetherapy.
As a guarantee of their faithfulness, the aliens
demanded that the conspirators would each
deliver them a member of their families. These
people would be the main test subjects for the
gene therapy hybridization experiments, they
wouldcometobeabductedfrequentlyduringthe
followingyears,andtheirfamilieswouldseethem
only rarely. The giving away of beings so beloved
from the conspirators was a very difficult decision
and a highly symbolic act which sealed the
conspirators allegiance to the aliens. If the
conspirators obeyed, their and their families lives
wouldbesparedinthecolonization.
TheexchangetookplaceonNovember27,1973,in
El Rico Air Force Base for all but for Samantha,
the daughter of William Mulder. Mulder still was
reluctant to go forward and the abduction took

witnessinganeventthatwouldscarhimforever.
TheSyndicategoesglobal
Withthismoveinitiatedbytheinvestigativegroup
only and not authorized by the government, the
conspirators that made this agreement were
effectively acting against their own government
(andaccessorilyagainsttherestofmankind).They
werebecomingindependentofanygovernmentor
institution. Officially, they kept their positions in
USgovernmentalagencies,whichmeantthatthey
could use their lobbying power to use key people
fortheirownagendaortofinancetheProject.
Thecolonizationwouldbeglobal.Theconspirators
hadtoenlistthehelpoftheircontactsabroad,and
use their political and economic influence also.
Many officials from foreign governments joined
them, extending their sphere of influence to the
Senate (Senators Matheson and Sorenson), the
UNO,differentEmbassies,fromcountriesthathad
belonged to the Axis (Germany, Italy, Japan, with
whichtheywerealreadyincontactthroughProject
Paper Clip), and from all over the world or at
least from all over the Western block. A global
conspiracywasborn:theSyndicate.Itisverylikely
that all the members of this consortium were
asked to give away one of their family members
alsotosealtheagreementwiththealiens.

activitiesoftheSyndicateinthefollowingyearsin
disagreement with the Syndicate's policy,
desperate that collaboration was now
overshadowing resistance; all of them continued
resistance in their own ways. Personal relations
and private agendas would continue playing a big
role in the events that would shape the world's
future.
TheProject
The Syndicate's task was to prepare the way for
colonization.Thismeantthattheyhadtofindand
setupawaytoinfecttheentirehumanpopulation
withtheBlackOilvirus,whenthetimewasright.It
wasthoughtthatcolonizationmeantthathumans
wouldbecomemindlesshoststotheBlackOil.
The Syndicate experimented with ways to spread
an infectious disease and studied the speed and
geography of an outbreak using terrestrial
diseases. In 1995, a lethal disease from Central
America spread by the insect Faciphaga
emasculata was purposely spread in the USA to
assess the speed with which the appointed
agenciesactedandcontainedadisease.

ConradStrughold,whoalreadyhadmanycontacts
in the US government, became a member of this
conspiracyandamajorfinanceroftheSyndicate's
activities. Probably fleeing prosecution for illegal
affairs in the USA (involving financing or human
experimentation), Strughold was forced to leave
American soil and exile himself in Tunisia. He
eventually assumed leadership of the Syndicate in
1990. From there he supervised all Syndicate
activities, receiving and sending information
throughchannelsheestablished,andmakingatrip
to London for a meeting if necessary. The main
part of the Syndicate elders usually met in an
apartment in 46th street, New York to take
importantdecisions.

Aftermuchresearch,itwasdecidedthatthevirus
could be spread more effectively by bees carrying
the virus in their venom. A field test on a South
Carolina town in 1997 confirmed the infectious
efficiency of this spreading vector. For this test, a
very virulent genetically engineered strain of the
variola virus (smallpox) was used to act as the
Black Oil virus. Indeed, the alien virus would have
tobereleasedonlywhenthetimecame,untilthat
time substitutes were used. Variola was chosen
becauseofitsvirulenceandbecauseitisadisease
now rare since it has been eradicated by man,
thanks to the Smallpox Eradication Program of
vaccinations. The Syndicate, through Dr. Charne
Sayre, was lobbying to have the last remaining
samples of the variola virus destroyed, making a
reappearanceofvariolaevenmoredifficulttofight
against.

ThenamesofthecoregroupoftheSyndicate are
mostly unknown: the "CigaretteSmoking Man"
(C.G.B.Spender),the"WellManicuredMan"(from

variation of the plant carrying the variola virus. A
culture of this ginseng, pollinated by bees, was
createdinAlberta,Canada,in1996.Later,ginseng
was abandoned in favor of corn crops. By 1998
thereexistedmanycornfieldscarryingtheBlackOil
virus across the world, notably in Texas and
Tunisia.
Theabductees
Atthesametime,theSyndicatecontinueditswork
on hybridization with renewed strength, using the
expertsthathadworkedonhybridization,likeDrs
Klemper, Openshaw, Kurtzweil and Ishimaru, or
enlistingothers,likeDr.Scanlon.After25yearsof
experiments since Roswell, another period of 25
yearshadbegun.
The new Syndicate found its test subjects for the
hybridization program among the civilians all over
the world. The Syndicate abducted people and
experimentedonthem,returningthem(ifatall)in
a poor physical condition and with little (if any)
recollection of what had happened to them. With
the new knowledge on genetic engineering
provided by the aliens, the tissue database made
for postholocaust identification in Strughold's
mine in the 1950s could finally be used to its full
potential to serve the needs of the hybridization
experiments:geneticdataonhumantestsubjects.
Aphotographfeaturingmanyconspiracymembers
was taken in 1973 to commemorate the
conversion of the mine. This data mine was also
accessible to the aliens, who ran checks and used
the data to abduct these test subjects also. The
medicalresultsofeveryabductionrelevantforthe
hybridizationwereusedtoupdatethemine'sfiles.
The Social Security Administration was
concurrentlyusedasameanstokeepthefilesup
todatewitheveryperson'smedicalhistory.
The experiments conducted on the abductees
consisted of the insertion of alien DNA into each
abductee'sDNA,followingtheMethod,indifferent
proportions and segments, and...see the result.
Theexperimentswereconductedincentersledby
doctors with close ties to the Syndicate, often
aboard train wagons that could be tracked from
satelliteandmovedaroundthecountry.

Thecompetingagendas
From 1973 on, the stance of the Syndicate was in
directcontradictionwiththe"official"stanceofthe
world's biggest governments, defined by Security
Resolution 1013. The Syndicate was not powerful
enough to counter a UNO resolution: the downed
aliens would have to be killed. In fact, the
Syndicate's field of operations was often very
narrow, taking place in hidden labs or secret train
boxcars. Even though it had deep contacts in the
DepartmentofDefenseandcouldattimescallout
thehelpofablackopsteam,theSyndicatewasnot
incontrolofthemilitary.Andthemilitarywouldgo
onshootingdownaliencraftsanytimetheycould,
becoming more efficient at covering up the
salvagingoperationseachtime.
ThePentagonconspiracy
It was in the Syndicate's interest to further the
discrediting of the believers in extraterrestrial life
and to maintain the belief among many high
placed government officials that this alien activity
was just a smokescreen for the illegal actions of
the government. Hiding the truth under so many
layersofliesaddedtotheconfusionandmadethe
Syndicatetheonlyholder(andmaker)ofthetruth,
and thus of power. The XFiles department of the
FBI, opened in 1991, was part of this discrediting
program and could be a fine tool of
misinformation. The Syndicate would also use the
firmRoushTechnologiesasafrontthankstowhich
it could remunerate many of its key contacts in
various agencies, like the FBI or the DoD, as a
rewardforthe"services"theycouldoffer.
Withscienceandtechnologyadvancingatsuchfast
rates, the people working at the Department of
Defense (DoD) and its research facilities at the
Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency
(DARPA)wereconvincedthattherewerenoaliens
and became experts at manipulating the general
opinion into making the hardcore believers the
laughedatfringesofsociety.
DuringtheGulfWar,themilitarygotholdofwhat
the Russians called "Black Cancer", weaponized
Black Oil. With the advancement of biological
warfare and genetic manipulation, it could be
conceived that this was a biological entity

engineered by the Russians and not of

extraterrestrialorigin.
For the Syndicate, it was one of the too few
sourcesfor"pure"BlackOilnotintheformofalien
tissue;RoushTechnologieswasactivatedtogetin
hold of it. With further manipulation mixing the
Puritygeneswithhumangenesandprobablyother
species' too, DARPA in cooperation with Roush
genetically engineered a chimera, an artificial
beingthathadtheappearanceofagreyalienanda
biology close to a human, alive only for the time
span it would take for it to grow to a full size.
These fake bodies could be used in elaborate
hoaxesforbelieverstoseeandspreadthewordof
a socalled alien presence. To develop this
organism, many of the same abductees of the
Syndicate experiments were used, mainly women
for the first embryonic growth stages of the
organism. Experiments took place inside DoD
research facilities, close to the Pentagon. More
abductees were 'used' in thousands of human
experimentation projects developing biological
warfare.

Inthefinalstagesrightbeforethecolonization,the
abductees would be all summoned to specific
abductionsitesallovertheworld,theLighthouses,
where they would be abducted and turned into
hybrids: places like Skyland Mountain in Virginia,
Ruskin Dam in Pennsylvania, a site in Kazakhstan
andmanyothersacrosstheglobe.
For the USA, the fateful day would proceed as
follows. During a national holiday (the holiday
before Christmas 2012), the bees would be
released upon the world and the colonization
wouldbegin.Theresultingmassiveinfectionwould
make the President declare a state of emergency,
atwhichtimetheFederalEmergencyManagement
Agency (FEMA) should assume absolute power
over the land. The conspirators, hiding behind
strong lobbies tied to FEMA ever since they
instigated FEMA under Jimmy Carter in 1979,
would then function as the acting government.
Through similar processes all over the world, the
Syndicate would assume the position of rulers of
the world, only to leave it be taken over by their
superiors,theColonists.

Thetimetable

TheclonedhybridsandtheAlienBountyHunter

From the beginning, the final date for the

colonization had been set by the aliens as
December 22, 2012 AD. The Syndicate had until
that date to develop the method of hybridization
by gene therapy and save themselves. The
moment the discovery would be made, the
Syndicate and the families of the conspirators
wouldsurrendertothealiensandbehybridized;at
that point there would be no turning back, no
otherhopeforresistance.

Before creating a hybrid by gene therapy, the

Syndicate experimented with the hybrid creation
methodwithamucheasiertask:creatingasimple
hybrid, a being born hybrid and not turned into
hybrid.

Giventhatan alien/human hybrid,immuneto the

Black Oil, would be developed through the
Syndicate,thealienColoniststhoughtofusingthe
abductees as a slave race. When the time would
come, the abductees would also be turned into
hybrids that would survive the colonization and
servethealiens.Thisslaveracewouldalsobeused
topolice,searchanddestroyanypotentialpockets
of human resistance to the Colonists that would
fight, guerillalike; the slave race would deal with
the terrestrial equivalent of a problem already
encounteredbytheColonists:theFacelessRebels.

Thehumanbiologicalmaterialforthecreationofa
hybrid was human ova. During their abduction, in
the Lombard Research Facility, the ova of certain
women abductees were taken using radiation for
hyperovulation,renderingthewomenbarren. The
humaneggwasthenenucleatedandagenetically
engineered hybrid nucleus was inserted in the
newly formed embryo. The hybrid was grown in
vatsandtanks.Theresultingprototypewascloned
conventionally and a series of cloned hybrids was
obtained (as it is much easier to clone than to
hybridize). Often, the original family members of
the conspirators were used as source of the
genetic material on the human side. Hybrids
presentabiologysimilartothatoftheraceofthe
Shapeshifters, indicating their common origins
from Purity. A successful hybrid would present all
of the following characteristics and abilities: a

human physiology (appearance) but an alien

biology(greenblood),beimmunetotheBlackOil
virus, to breathe underwater, to heal oneself and
others, to shapeshift, to read minds. All hybrids
have a sensitive spot at the base of the neck and
most of them can only be killed using an alien
stiletto,liketheShapeshifters.
Lots of more or less successful hybrids were
developed over the years, from 1995 but very
possibly beginning from earlier on. The hybrids
that were grown, otherwise useless to the aliens
and the Syndicate, were used as workforce for
taskstoomenialandrepetitiveforanybodyelseto
take care of. They were assigned in clinics in
proximitytohumanbiologicalmaterial,inresearch
centers taking care of the growth of their own, in
nationalagenciesupdatingdatafortheSyndicate,
incropfieldsattendingtheProject.
This slave existence urged the hybrids to have a
rebellious attitude. To settle any problems of this
kind, the Syndicate summoned the help of the
aliens,whosentanAlienBountyHunter(ABH)on
Earth, equipped with a stiletto, with the task to
exterminate the rebellious hybrids. As more of
these problems kept popping up, the ABH
eventually gave his stiletto to the Syndicate for it
to deal with its problems internally without the
helpoftheColonists.
The first successful engineered hybrid was given
thenameJeremiahSmith,in1996.
Theimplantsandthecancer
Everyabducteewasalsosubcutaneouslyimplanted
with small electronic devices, or implants. They
could be of terrestrial origin (a simple metal
detector would reveal their presence), placed at
the base of the neck, or of alien origin (hardly
detectable) and could be found anywhere in the
body.
Everyabducteecametothehandsofthealiensat
least once for him/her to be implanted. These
implants served as tracking devices but also as
information conduits: the abductees could be
ordered to do something or go someplace; this
informationwouldpopupasavagueawarenessor
attraction. Since the implant was very closely tied
with the nervous system of the abductee, it could

also be the source of hallucinations, hightened by

the circumstances and the abductee's previous
experiences. The implants received their input
throughradiosignalsemittedfromthealiencrafts
orterrestrialintelligencesatellites.
They could also store large quantities of
information, perhaps even every action and
thought of the abductee; they also served as a
database that kept count of all the experiments
made on the abductee. The terrestrial implants
were tiny microchips manufactured in Japan that
were imported in the USA by Dr. Ishimaru, and
implanted on the abductees on the train wagons
thatservedaslaboratories.
Many abductees got aware of their (terrestrial)
implantsandhadthemremoved.Withevidenceof
their claims of abduction and experimentation in
theirhands,theseabducteeshadtobeeliminated.
Another function was added to the terrestrial
implants, that of regulating the growth of an
organism. This organism was the chimera
developed by the Department of Defense: stem
cellsofthisorganismwereplacedintheabductee,
anditsdevelopmentwashinderedbytheimplant.
Oncetheimplantwasremovedandthecontrolling
mechanism was lifted, the chimera would start
growing. This development was perceived as a
tumorandtheabducteewouldbediagnosedwith
cancer. Because of the strategic placement of this
organism,insidethebraincavity,thecancerwould
be terminal and the abductee would stand no
chanceofsurvival.However,theprocesscouldbe
reversedifanotherimplantwouldbeplacedagain
in the abductee; such implants were stored inside
theDoDheadquarters,thePentagon.
Hybridizationexperimentsintheopenair
TheSyndicatealsoexperimentedgene therapyon
largerpopulations,withthe(potential)hybridsnot
inenclosedlabs,butwithnottoomanyresults.
In 1987, a group of children were unwittingly
inoculated with alien genetic material (or its
derivates), disguised as vitamin shots. In 1994, a
similar experiment took place in Delta Glen
County, only that this time the input of alien
geneticmaterialcamealsofromthemeattheyate:
the cattle were also given inoculations, disguised

as growth hormones. The children did develop

heightened resistance to diseases, but also
developed violent behavior and hallucinations,
perhapsthefirstsignsofheightenedbrainactivity.
The implantation of the religious sect "Red
Museum" in Delta Glen County was favored; the
vegetarianmembersofthissectwouldbeusedas
areferencegroup.
From1989to1992rananexperimentinBellefleur
where youth from the same class were being
abducted and given inoculations of alien material.
This gave few results but for the postmortem
transformation of the body of some into a grey
morphology. Further experiments run from 1992
to1999resultedinhightenedbrainactivity.
Thegenetherapyhybrids
Around 1994, Dr. Berube, working unwittingly for
theSyndicate,usedhisexperiencewithworkingon
monkeys to create the first alien/human hybrids
throughgenetherapy.The6hybridswereinitially
his patients and friends, terminally ill; the
hybridization cured them and gave them great
physical strength. They presented alien blood
chemistry, quite toxic to the humans, and a
sensitive spot at the base of the neck (though a
stiletto was not necessary to kill them). However
Dr. Berube's work was so successful that it was
going too fast: the Syndicate did not want the
successful hybrid to be created too soon! Berube
waskilledandhisworkshotdown.
After years of work in his facility disguised as a
researchcenterforHansen'sdisease,Dr.Ishimaru
alsodevelopedaquitesuccessfulhybridthanksto
radiation treatment, immune to all biological
agents. Ishimaru betrayed the Syndicate and tried
to deliver this hybrid to his home government of
Japanbuthewasbetrayedandkilled.Hisworkwas
destroyed;hisresearchhoweverwasrecoveredby
theSyndicate.
Thehybridbabiesprogram
After1994beganaprogramthattriedtocreatea
hybrid with gene therapy but beginning with a
beingthatwasalready"lightly"hybrid.
For each experiment less and less alien material
was used for the creation of this being, and work

was concentrated more and more on the gene

therapy aspect, with the purpose of reaching a
point where no initial alien genes would be
necessaryandgenetherapyalonewouldsuffice.
These beings were the result of mixing material
fromanengineeredhybridwithmaterialfromthe
ova of the women abductees. The result was an
embryothatcouldnotbegrowninavatoratank
but needed a surrogate mother to grow in. These
babies were more human than alien, and it was
their subsequent treatment with alien genes that
approached them progressively to a successful
hybrid.

Thesearchforavaccine
With the 1973 agreement, the Syndicate had
agreed to cooperate and not resist the alien
Colonists. Those who would be saved in the end
would only be the members of the Syndicate and
their families. But from the beginning there were
voices of dissent: not to cooperate, to resist until
theveryend,totrytosaveeveryone,theworld.It
was William Mulder's idea to try and develop a
vaccinethatwouldprotectahumanfromtheBlack
Oil,thatwouldkilltheBlackOilonceitenteredthe
bodyofaninoculatedhuman.Inawarthatwasto
be biological, a vaccine would be they key to
survival.
With the majority vote of 1973, the Syndicate
chose collaboration. But Bill Mulder still held on
the idea, and his project survived in the mind of
theconspiratorsasawayoutthatcouldbehandy
when the time would come. As much as the
collaboration with the aliens was a secret from
publicandgovernment,anyresearchforavaccine
wouldbeevenmoresecretasitwouldhavetobe
done without the aliens' knowledge. If the
Colonists were to know of this, the agreement
would be broken and the conspirators
exterminated.
Thus progress towards a vaccine was slow:
officially, priority was given to the hybridization
research. The strategy the Syndicate chose to
follow was to do the Colonists' bidding but to
deceivetheminsecret.Thehybridizationprogram

wasneverallowedtosucceed:researchwasdone,
but every time it came too close to obtaining the
successful gene therapy hybrid, the work was
destroyed and colonization was stalled. This
bought precious time for the development of a
vaccine, the true goal in which few people ended
upbelievingin.
Whatthevaccineresearchlackedmostwassource
material. Alien tissue and biological material was
mainly used with the hybridization experiments,
and what a vaccine program needed most was
crude Black Oil in its primeval form. That, the
Syndicate didn't have, and its knowledge of Black
Oilremainedverybasicforalongtime.
BehindtheIronCurtain
The Syndicate was a thing of the West; the USSR
wasnecessarilyleftoutduringtheColdWar.Some
time in the 1980s, geological surveys in Tunguska
led to the discovery of the weakened, coma
inducing Black Oil trapped in the rocks. The
Russians started extracting this "Black Cancer"
from the Tunguska rocks: using any workforce
available (local population, prisoners), they built a
gulag in the vicinities of the mining works and
made it a center for biowarfare research. Soon
enough, they were able to use Black Cancer as a
biological weapon. They provided to Iraqi leader
Saddam Hussein; its efficiency was proven on US
troopsduringtheGulfWar.
Inordertoprotecttheirownsoldiers,theRussians
started searching for a cure for the Black Cancer.
The same workforce that was used to mine Black
Oilrich rock was used as test subjects for the
experimentstodevelopavaccineagainstthisBlack
Oil. Benefiting from a weakened form of the alien
virus and a limitless number of prisoners, all in a
remoteplaceoftheglobe,theRussianswereable
to make progress. After sacrificing hundreds,
perhaps thousands, of their prisoners, by 1998
theyhadatreatmentthatwasinnowayavaccine
butitwaseffectiveenough.
Forcataloguingtheirpopulationandtheirmedical
history, the Russians used the same system as in
the USA: identification through smallpox
vaccinations. The vaccination was done on the
upper left arm. The only effective way that the

local Tunguska population saw to escape being

imprisoned and experimented on was to cut off
theirarm,thusmakingthemselvesuntrackable.
Ineffect,therewasaWesternSyndicate,basedin
theUSAandsupposedtocontroltheentireworld,
and a Russian conspiracy that had something the
Americansdidn't:BlackOilandavaccineresearch
program. The Russians sent their agents Marita
Covarrubias and Alexander Krycek to infiltrate the
western block, spies who would have to report
back to the mother country. Both were able to
reachkeypositionsinprominentagenciesandthe
Syndicate. But their loyalties were unstable:
Covarrubias became a double agent for the
Syndicate and Krycek a free agent selling
information. In the long run, both of them served
no one but themselves and the ultimate goal of
resistancetotheColonists.
TheAmericaneffort
After the end of the Cold War, the Syndicate
extended its sphere of influence to the former
SovietUnion.AwarethattheRussianshadasource
forBlackOil,theyactivatedtheircontactsinRussia
(American ambassadors, Russian diplomats) and
found out about the Tunguska experiments. With
much precaution, these contacts were able to
smuggle rocks containing Black Oil from Tunguska
to American soil. On a very tight committee
composed in particular by C.G.B. Spender
(CigaretteSmoking Man) and the WellManicured
Man and headed by virologist Dr. Bonita Charne
Sayre, the western vaccination program started
takingshape.Theexperimentswereconductedon
elderlypeopleinconvalescencehomes.Bytheend
of 1996, they were able to prevent the coma
inducedbytheBlackOil,butnottokillthevirus.
The Russians came to know of this theft and
recontacted Krycek over this matter. Krycek, with
thehelpofformerKGBagentVassilyPeskow,was
able to terminate the American experiments; Dr.
CharneSayre was killed and the smuggled rocks
weredestroyed.
In1998,Krycekinitiatedachainofeventsthatled
to the Syndicate acquiring the Russian vaccine;
with their own previous experience and
experimenting on Covarrubias they were able to

improve it still. The result of worldwide human

effort was an inoculation that exterminated the
Black Oil from the infected human onetime only
butdidnotprovideimmunity.Itwasnotablyused
on FBI agent Dana Scully inside the alien

The discovery of an underground deposit in
Blackwood, Texas gave the Syndicate ample raw
material for a vaccine research. Roush
Technologieswasthecompanyresponsibleforthe
research.
Thenanotechnology
Retroengineering of alien technology not only
broughtadvancesinmilitaryaircraftbutalsointhe
field of nanotechnology, thanks to the growing
knowledge in the manipulation of matter in the
molecular level as of the late 1990s. From self
replicating repairing technology were developed
nanorobots that could be inserted in the
bloodstreamandcontrolledbyradiowaves.These
robotscouldbeusedtokillsomeone,buttheyalso
offered a very good potential to become the
ultimate antibiotic. Indeed, nanorobots could
designed to be able to track and destroy certain
entities inside the human body: such an entity
could be the Black Oil. This nanotechnology could
becomethemuchsoughtforvaccine.
ItwaswiththisinmindthatConradStrugholdtried
toexportthistechnologyfromtheUSAandbringit
to Tunisia, using a funding bill that would provide
medical technology to Third World countries
through the WHO. What became of this is
unknown, as other events occurred that probably
pushedthesemattersintooblivion.
TheColonists'truepurposes
Since 1947, human world leaders and the
Syndicatehadbelievedthatthecolonizationwould
result in the human race being enslaved by the
alien Colonists. The nature of the Black Oil hinted
that humans would become hosts to Purity, and
theSyndicateworkedtowardsefficientlyspreading
the Purity virus on humans when the day would
come.
But the 1998 Blackwood incident revealed that
humanswouldnotserveasahostrace:theywould

all be exterminated! If Purity willed to do so,

infectionbytheBlackOilcouldtriggeragestation
of an alien entity inside the body of the host;
hatching of this entity through the chest would
leadthehumanhosttohisdeath;thealienentity
wouldgrowtobecomeagreyalienColonist.Mass
spreadingoftheBlackOilwouldexterminateevery
singlehumaninfected,thesolesurvivorsbeingthe
hybrids and a limited human resistance. The
Syndicate considered this complete turnaround of
events as a betrayal; the WellManicured Man
refused collaborating any longer and sacrificed
himself to help make the truth known. But at this
point there was little the Syndicate could do to
resist.
AstruggleforHeavenandEarth
In 1998 also appeared on Earth the Faceless
Rebels,theremainingsurvivorsofthecolonization
of the race of the Shapeshifters, still actively
fighting against Purity's actions in any way
possible. On Earth, they saw fighting against the
SyndicateandtheagreementwiththeColonistsas
a way to stall colonization and put aback Purity's
plans.
They sabotaged the communications routes with
the abductees' implants and called for gatherings
of abductees, where the abductees were
relentlesslyburnedtodeath.
Puritydidnotstayidleandstrokeback.Awarhad
begun between Colonists and Rebels, and the
Syndicate had to choose sides. The Syndicate
captured the Rebel leader from his downed ship;
by choosing to deliver him to the Colonists they
effectively refused any kind of deal with the
resisting Rebels and remained sided with their
future masters. The Rebel leader was rescued by
hisownpeople.
TheCassandraSpenderdebacle
Cassandra Spender, C.G.B.'s wife, was one of the
original Syndicate family members surrendered to
the Colonists in 1973. In 1999 she became the
culmination of the hybridization effort, the first
successful alien/human hybrid by gene therapy.
TheSyndicatemembershadtochoosewhetherto
destroy and hide this achievement or surrender
herandthemselvestotheColonists,apointofno

return for colonization. But the Rebels chose for

them; they started the burnings again and
attractedunnecessaryattentiontoCassandra;they
offered a last chance for an alliance with the
Syndicate but they were met with the same
rejection.
Expecting to meet the Colonists and fulfill the
terms of the agreement, the Syndicate members
and their families gathered in El Rico Air Force
Base. The Rebels were the only ones to appear,
burning them all down and putting an end to 25
yearsofcollaborationandstrikingasevereblowto
the colonization preparation. The Syndicate was
dead!
Allbetsareoff
ThesurvivorsoftheRebels'coupwerefew.C.G.B.
Spender and Diana Fowley escaped together.
Spender went on to make an attempt to turn
himself into a hybrid by brain surgery with his
illegitimate son Fox Mulder, but this operation
failedandhebecameterminallyill.
Helostallhopeformankindandhadratherseeit
crumblewithhimthantoresistuntiltheveryend.
He tried to revive the project but he was stopped
byKrycek.
Krycek and Covarrubias stayed true to themselves
byformingacoreofresistance,possiblyinstigating
an alliance between the Russian conspiracy and
the Rebels. The effect that any kind of resistance
willhaveisopentodebate;however,theColonists
havenot givenuponthecolonizationProjectand
havepickedthingsupwheretheSyndicateleftoff.
Colonizationseemsinevitable.
Theworldofstarlight
Halfhiddenamongallthesematerialisticeventsis
aworldofspirits.Theafterlife,immaterialsentient
beings, Walkins are all proof of these multi
layered planes of existence, if one is receptive
enough to perceive them. Walkins are good
intentioned spirits that are able to alleviate
someone from extreme suffering by taking him
fromthematerialworldtothespiritualworld;they
are also known as guardian angels. The dead can
also appear to the living and communicate with
them. The intentions and the effects that all of

these can have to the future course of events is

only for us to see. However, the Walkins
announcethatanewage,theAgeofAquarius,will

TheSupersoldiersProject
After the Syndicate was more or less neutralized,
thealienshadtotakemattersintotheirownhands
to prepare for the colonization. The agreement
forced onto them in 1973 was no longer in hand,
they could go back to their original plan: the
Supersoldiers.
The Supersoldiers are creations of the alien
Colonists; they are humans whose DNA has been
deeplymodifiedbyaversionoftheBlackOilvirus
and further compounded with iron, they are
virtuallyindestructible,theyhaveanironvertebra
(whichisthecauseforsmalllumpsonthebaseof
their neck) from which they can reconstruct
themselves and they have an alien consciousness
which prevails over their human will. The human
that is to be replicated into a Supersoldier must
undergopainfulandverylongprocedures;itwould
seem that only people with a certain genetic
profile are suitable to be replicated. Research to
create a faster way to replicate and a way to
replicateanybodyseemtobeongoing.
Their goal is to prepare colonization. Following
replication, the Supersoldiers infiltrate human
society and try to attain high position of power.
ThefirstSupersoldiersmayhaveappearedasearly
as1947;theinfiltrationneverstoppeddespitethe
agreement with the Syndicate. A second wave of
Supersoldierswascreatedinthelate1980s1990s.
The destruction of the Syndicate Elders in 1999
effectively activated these sleeper agents, with
Supersoldiersfillingthepowervacuumleftoverby
theeldersintheirofficialpositions.In20002001a
third wave was created from the replication of
what used to be abductees. By 2002 they were a
verypowerfulandinfluentialgroupinfiltratedinall
governmental agencies: the Treasury Department
andtheFBI("ToothpickMan"),theNSA("Shadow
Man"),theintelligencecommunityandtheMount
Weather Complex (Knowle Rohrer) or the

Department of Justice (Shannon McMahon) but

they were also simple civilians in less prominent
positions, fulfilling groundwork operations (Billy
Miles). After the colonization they are destined to
become a slave race of their masters, the

'Organic'Supersoldiers:ZeusGenetics
Zeus Genetics was a fertility clinic, employing Drs.
Lev and Parenti, which used its official line of
business to cover for the work it did on the
account of the Syndicate. Using alien genetic
material, they created essentially alien babies
implanted,gestatedandbornfromhumanwombs.
Exabductees left barren were used as surrogate
mothers; exMarine Duffy Haskel infiltrated
MUFON groups on the Syndicate's behalf and
brought them to Zeus Genetics. The babies,
stillborn, were used to provide alien tissue and
genetic material for further babies and
experiments on hybridization with other branches
undertheSyndicate.
After the Syndicate fell, Supersoldiers replaced
ZeusGenetics'superiors;ZeusGeneticsunwittingly
cameundertheinfluenceoftheSupersoldiers.The
goal became to create a Supersoldier baby out of
genetic manipulation, without the complex time
consuming procedure necessary for an adult
replication. This research was presented by the
Supersoldiers as steps towards the creation of a
perfect human being with no frailties, but it was
reallyresearchtocreatean'organic'versionofthe
Supersoldier, as much alien as themselves. The
Supersoldiers put an end to Zeus Genetics when
another concurrent project, the Valor Victor,
succeededbeforethem.
'Organic'Supersoldiers:thechloraminebabies
Similarly to Zeus Genetics, the top secret Navy
research ship Valor Victor was used by the
Supersoldierstoresearchawaytocreate'organic'
Supersoldiers. The Valor Victor succeeded in
creating such a technique by using a modified
versionofthechemicaladditiveanddisinfectantto
the public water supply, chloramine. The
chloramine would carry a version of the Black Oil
virus which would trigger a gestation inside a
woman. With continuous ingestion of water

throughoutthefetus'sandthebaby'slife,thevirus
wouldprogressivelymodifythebaby'sgenomeand
turn it into a Supersoldier. Exabductee (and not
barren)women,identifiedthroughtheimplantsin
their necks, were the targets for these apparently
miraculous gestations. This technique led to the
creation of a whole generation of future
Supersoldier babies, born in 2001. These babies
exhibited telekinetic powers early on in their
development. On the day of the colonization they
will probably be used to eradicate any kind of
human resistance thanks to their privileged
position inside human societies and their
apparentlyinnocentappearance.
Magnetite
A specific form of the iron oxide magnetite can
affect alien technology, from ships to
Supersoldiers.Themagnetiteisbelievedtointeract
electromagnetically with the iron that is
compounded in all alien technology. Magnetite is
theonlyknownwaytodestroyaSupersoldier.The
sourceofthisformofmagnetiteonEarthismostly
from crashed meteors, which makes it very rare.
Magnetite may have been the reason why the
Black Oil in the Tunguska meteor crash was
weakened. Magnetite can also be effective in a
suspended solution form that is suitable for
injection.TheRoswellcrashrevealedthisweakness
to the US government, however its rarity made it
anunsuitabletoolforresistance.
Naturalimmunity
Various cosmic events such as the crash of
meteorites containing Black Oil and magnetite
have come to influence the biology of humans
throughshockmutationsorprolongedexposure.A
groupofhumansinAsiacametobecomeimmune
to the Black Oil: once it would enter their body it
would be killed and expelled. Thanks to a small
amountofcrossbreeding,thedescendantsofthis
groupremainedgeneticallypureandstillexhibited
similar traits. Descendants in the Tunguska region
wereusedintheRussianconspiracy'sexperiments
withtheBlackOilandmayhavebeenthecausefor
thecreationofthevaccineagainstit.Descendants
in the Philippines could exhibit faculties of alien
origin such as mind reading (Gibson Praise).
Migration through the Bering Strait thousands of

years ago brought descendants to America. It is

possiblethattheAnasaziwereimmunetothealien
virus; their survival in proximity with the aliens
allowedforalienculturalelements(suchaswriting

executed;theremainderrealizedthealiensfeared
the same form of magnetite that was present in
NewMexicoandretrievedinthatarea,onlytobe
starved out. A group of Mexican Indians, the
Huichol,stillarenaturallyimmunetotheBlackOil
tothisday.
TheProphecyandWilliam
The aliens have specific plans for the future.
ThroughtheirShips,theyhavecarriedouttheplan
of the creation of mankind over millions of years
andpreparedcolonization.Theplanstheyhavefor
the immediate future are as solid as what has
come to pass. Their godlike powers can only be
interpreted by inferior human minds in ways that
onlyapproachthetruth;also,theinformationthat
is passed on to humans from the aliens and the
Ships is only what the aliens choose to be. Thus,
what we know of these plans should be treated
with caution. Their plans have come to be known
tohumansasprophecies.Throughvariouscontacts
over human history, parts of alien lore have
survived in human cultures, notably in Northern
America.TheNativeAmericantribeoftheAnasazi,
and the Navajo after them, use writing that is
similartothealienone.Oneofthesepropheciesis
the fixed date for colonization, which marks the
enddateoftheMayancalendar.
Anotherprophecyisthatachosenonewillbecome
theleaderofthecolonization.However,hemaybe
influencedbyhisfatherandfollowadifferentpath
which might ultimately ruin the plans for
colonization. The Colonists, and the Supersoldiers
under them, work and strive for this leader to be
on their side. The Anasazi only kept the human
sideoftheprophecyintheirlore,hopingthatthis
leaderwillbecomeasaviorformankind.
This important person proved to be William, the
son of FBI Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully.
Scully,leftbarrenfrompreviousexperiments,was
given her fertility back through contact with an
alien Ship, which gave the child the special status

ofbeingbroughtintoexistencethroughthe'divine'
deedsoftheShip.Hissubsequentconceptionwas
natural.Afterhisconception,Williamwasaddedin
the chloramine program; the chloramine slowly
worked his progressive conversion into a
Supersoldier. This process was cut short by an
injection of magnetite by Jeffrey Spender, which
irrevocably eliminated traces of alien biology in
him.Williamwasgivenupforadoption,makinghis
whereabouts unknown. However, his existence is
still subject to the prophecy until the date of the
colonization,whereoneoftwopossibleoutcomes
willbedecided.

Afamilydeeplyrootedintheconspiracy
C.G.B. Spender and William Mulder worked in the
State Department since as far back as the late
1940searly1950s;earlyintheircareerstheywere
involved in the group entrusted with research in
the future alien menace, which allowed them to
grow in the circles of intelligence and topsecret
projects. C.G.B. married Cassandra and William
married Tena. C.G.B. and Tena had a shortlived
but passionate affair, which left Tena pregnant.
The identity of the real father was hidden to
Williamwhenthechild,Fox,wasbornandbrought
upintheMulderfamily.C.G.B.andCassandralater
became the parents of Jeffrey; William and Tena
becametheparentsofSamantha.
C.G.B. was perhaps the instigator of the
collaborative proposal that led to the creation of
the Syndicate in 1973. To seal the deal with the
aliens in 1973, C.G.B. surrendered his wife
Cassandra. Bill would have surrendered Fox, but
C.G.B. convinced him otherwise, probably
revealing who the real father was; Bill gave up
Samantha. Bills remorse over decades of
experimentationonhumansandmoraldiscomfort
regarding collaboration with the aliens led him to
leavetheSyndicate,notbeforelaunchingonelast
project for resistance: research into a vaccine
againsttheBlackOil.Sincethen,Billgroomedhigh

hopesforhischildren(biologicalor'adoptive'):for
Samantha, he hoped that she would survive
colonizationintheformofanalien/humanhybrid

attitudetowards his son was accordingly harsh,in
ordertostiffenhimtofightthefuture.Samantha's
abductionledtothedivorceofTenaandBill.
SamanthawastakenawayfromtheMulderstolive
with the Spenders; Cassandra and Samantha
continued to be abducted and be experimented
on. Eventually, in 1979, Samantha was 'taken' by
the Walkins and thus departed from the physical
plane, essentially dying; this disappearance was
mysterious even for C.G.B., who came to believe
shewasdead.
FoxWilliamMulder,19611992
Fox Mulder was born on October 13, 1961. The
event that marked his life was being the only
witnesstotheabductionofhissisterSamanthaby
aliens when he was 12. Mulder went on to study
psychology and entered the FBI in 1986; he was
assigned to the violent crimes unit and was
considered brilliant by his coworkers. It was not
until 1989 that he stumbled in a case involving
governmental conspiracies and mind control, a
casewherehealsometthefutureLoneGunmen,a
trioofconspiracy'freaks'whowouldbecomeclose
allies to Mulder. After this, Mulder enlisted the
helpofDr.HeitzWerbertorecollectthememories
of his sister's abduction through regression
hypnosis. Quickly enough, Mulder became
obsessedwithanythingparanormal,conspiratorial
and extraterrestrial, earning him the nickname
"Spooky" in the FBI. A "believer", though not
inclinedtowardsreligion.
Only FBI Agent Diana Fowley stood by him; they
developed a strong bond which evolved in a
romanticrelationship.In1990theydiscoveredthe
XFiles, cases the FBI has deemed unsolved and
that involved unexplained or supernatural
phenomena, cases on which FBI Agent Arthur
Dales had worked on in the 1950s. It is then that
C.G.B. Spender became interested in Mulder's
case. He saw the XFiles as both a means through
whichbelieverscouldbediscreditedtothegreater

benefit of the Syndicate and illegal governmental

deeds,butalsoasameanstoprepareMulderasa
possiblefutureheirofC.G.B..Inthisriteofpassage
ofsorts,SpenderapproachedFowleyandtookher
under his influence. Spender, as a Treasury
DepartmentexecutivepowerfulintheFBI,allowed
the XFiles to be opened in 1991; Mulder and
Fowley were assigned to them whilst Fowley was
secretly answering to Spender. In 1992, the
SyndicateassignedFowleytoothertasksinEurope
and Mulder was left a lone embarrassing element
at an FBI basement office. Senator Richard
Mathesonwashisonlysupporterduringthattime.
DanaKatherineScully,19641992
Dana Scully was born on February 23, 1964,
daughterofWilliamandMargaret.Herfatherwas
a Navy Captain and her upbringing was Roman
Catholic; she had two brothers, William Jr and
Charles, and a sister, Melissa. She did her
undergraduate in physics and continued studying
forensicmedicine.Againstherfather'swishesand
not totally certain of her career choices, she
entered the FBI in 1990. Scully developed a high
sense of independence and strength as a woman
evolving in a mostly male environment. She
believed adamantly in science and its rigorous
procedures to deduct conclusions. With science
the only prism through which the world could be
explained, she was a "skeptic" and wary of all
things paranormal. This would clash with her
underlyingfaithinGodandwouldattimesfillher
withdoubtthroughoutherlife.
In 1992, under the orders of C.G.B. Spender, she
wasassignedtoworkwithMulderintheXFilesby
Section Chief Scott Blevins. Her scientific and
medical expertise was needed to assist (and
perhapsdiscredit)Mulder'sunscientificapproach.
TheXFiles,19921994
Despiteconflictingworldvisions,theMulderScully
partnership built on mutual respect on each
other'scompetences.Eventhoughthecaseswere
not always solved neatly and question marks
remained, the success rate was high enough.
Mulder was approached by a man only known as
"Deep Throat", a man who once worked for the
Syndicate, a government executive attempting to

provideMulderwithinformationsothatthetruth
would somehow be exposed. Scully's father died
that year. The unsettling questions the XFiles
raised around government and military coverups
surrounding alien presence on Earth eventually
resultedintheXFilesbeingshutdownin1994;in
the same case Deep Throat was shot dead for his
roleasaninformant.
MulderandScullywereassignedtootherFBItasks
but continued communicating and investigating
paranormal cases. The Syndicate decided that
moreextrememeasureswouldhavetobetakento
silence them. Mulder was partnered with Alex
Krycek, who was working undercover for the
Syndicate. In a case involving Duane Barry,
allegedly an alien abductee, Scully was abducted.
She underwent many tests and experiments; her
genome was soiled by alien DNA in hybridization
experiments; her ova was taken, leaving her
barren; she was implanted with both manmade
and alien chips. She was returned four months
later. FBI Assistant Director Walter Skinner, in an
uneasy position balanced between his sense of
duty and his orders from C.G.B. Spender, re
opened the XFiles. Skinner would become an
uncomfortableallytornbetweenblackmailingand
whatfeltmorallyright.
TheXFiles,19941998
Mulder and Scully's mutual trust grew as they
discovered a governmental conspiracy involved
with alien beings, spreading in ever more
unexpected directions. Scully's disbelief in all
things alien did not prevent her from having her
initial faith in the government shaken. The two
agents'questforthetruthbecamedeeplypersonal
when Bill Mulder was murdered by Krycek as he
wasabouttorevealthetruthofhisinvolvementin
the conspiracy to his son, and Scully's sister
Melissa was murdered in her stead; Mulder came
close to dying but was healed with the help of
Navajo Albert Hosteen. The existence of the
Syndicate became evident, even though its goals
were still unknown or illdefined. C.G.B. Spender,
nicknamed "CigaretteSmoking Man" (CSM),
became the agents' nemesis. They often crossed
pathswithKrycek,onwhomtheyandSkinnerhad
reasons to seek revenge. The nononsense
Syndicatehenchmannicknamed"X"replacedDeep

Throat, and after his death UN executive Marita

CovarubiasbecameMulder'soccasionalinformant.
Mulder came across various clones of his sister
with the constant hope that he would find the
original one; these hopes were often fuelled by
others in an attempt to manipulate him towards
their own goals. Mulder became victim of tests
involving the Black Oil in Russia. Scully
progressivelylearntthetruthbehindherabduction
experience and after she took off her implant she
developed a terminal cancer. The CSM allowed
MuldertogetthecureforScullyinanattemptto
pull him on his side in the Syndicate, his plan for
thelast6years.MulderrefusedandtheCSMwas
shot for not complying with the Syndicate's
majorityagenda.
ScullyandMulder'sbeliefsweredeeplyshakenand
oftentimes they were at a loss. A case of an alien
body hoax involving the manipulation of the X
Files, as revealed by Department of Defense
employee Michael Kritschgau, led Mulder to lose
allhisbeliefsonthealienpresenceforatime.
Scullydiscoveredherovahadbeenusedtocreate
children in a hybridization experiment; she
attempted to adopt one of those children, Emily,
but Emily died as a result of Scully's tampering.
NewelementsthatwoulddestabilizetheSyndicate
appearedin1998withthefacelessRebelsburning
abductees. The agents met Jeffrey Spender, who
had also become an FBI agent. With a case that
might have finally turned conclusive evidence of
the existence of aliens, mindreader boy Gibson
Praise,MulderandScullyattractedtheattentionof
the Justice Department; the case turned bad, the
XFiles were shut down and the XFiles office was
burnt to the ground by the CSM, freshly returned
fromexile.
TheXFiles,19982000
Mulder and Scully's coincidental involvement with
aSyndicatecoverupinTexasbroughtthemtothe
full realization of the Syndicate's plans for
colonization. Mulder saved Scully from a Black Oil
infection,whichcosttheSyndicatemember"Well
Manicured Man" his life. These circumstances led
tothereopeningoftheXFiles.However,theCSM
turned his attention to Jeffrey this time, going

through the same procedure as with Mulder:

scheming to put him on the XFiles and bringing
back Fowley from Europe to assign her with him
andtrainhimtolearnthetruthandjointheCSM's
side.Jeffreydidnotproveas'worthy'asMulderas
abelieverandseekerofthetruthintheeyesofthe
CSM.WhentheSyndicateelderswereburntbythe
Rebels in 1999, the CSM's life's work was
destroyed; in the aftermath he shot his own son
Jeffrey.
Mulder and Scully were reassigned to the XFiles.
After all these years of deep appreciation and
mutual understanding, the two agents grew ever
more closer. Mulder's remnant Black Oil turned
him into an alien/hybrid when an alien Ship
surfaced in Africa; the CSM used this as an
opportunity to transfer these hybrid properties
from Mulder to him; after the operation, Diana
Fowley was murdered, Mulder recovered but the
CSMbecameterminallyill.AlltheseyearsintheX
FilesandScully'sexaminationoftheShipmadeher
put her nonbeliever stance into question. As she
progressively got more open, Mulder's quest for
his sister came to a closure with his discovery of
her true fate with the Walkins and with his
mother'sdeathhebecameanorphan.Mulderand
Scully ended up resolving the underlying tension
between them and consummated their
relationship.AlastattemptoftheCSMtoresurrect
the Syndicate in 2000 ended up having him
murdered by Krycek and having Mulder abducted
by the Colonists, who were still actively pursuing
preparationsforcolonization.Scullywasleftalone,
andpregnant.
TheXFiles,20002002
AgentJohnJayDoggettwasassignedtotheXFiles
withtheexpressedaimtofindthemissingMulder.
His respect and chivalric protection of Scully
eventuallywonhimhertrust.Mulder,alongwitha
series of abductees that were undergoing
conversion into Supersoldiers, was returned
months later and, considered dead, was buried.
Three months later he was discovered alive; a
series of coincidences ended up saving Mulder
fromalienreplication.Inthemeanwhile,Scullyhad

developed real doubts as to the possible alien

nature of her baby. The delivery, assisted by
Monica Reyes, FBI agent and a friend of Doggett,
was very stressful and witnessed by many
Supersoldiers. Skinner finally got revenge on
Krycekbykillinghim.
Mulder and Scully were allowed a short reunion
withtheirnewbornsonWilliambeforeMulderwas
forced into hiding by the Supersoldier conspiracy
that sought to kill him. Scully became a medical
instructorandonlydidconsultingwiththeXFiles,
whichwerenowmannedbyDoggettandReyes.
Scully learnt that William's emerging supernatural
abilitieswereduetoaprojecttoprogressivelyturn
