2) Enter your student Id as Login ID and exam Password and click Login as given in
following screen
3) After successful login, you will see a start up screen containing all the information
related to your current exam.
4) On the left side, you will see a panel containing all the information related to your
current exam, and current status. In the bottom of this panel, you will see a
button Start Exam. This button will be enabled only when the Invigilator marks
your attendance after checking your webcam status.
5) On the right side, the top panel contains your webcam view, and the bottom panel
contains built-in Instant Messaging interface which will allow you to communicate
with your invigilator for any kind of help or guidance.
6) Before configuring the webcam, make sure that your webcam is properly
connected to your computer and working properly. Now, right-click the webcam
panel and click Settings to open the Adobe Flash Player Settings panel.
On the 2nd tab (Privacy), select Allow to allow the access to your camera and
microphone, and select to Remember these settings, so that these settings get
automatically applied in future.
On the 5th tab (Camera), select your primary webcam device from the available
list. Make sure that you can see your webcam output in the webcam panel after
selection.

7) In the left bottom panel below the webcam panel, you can see the built-in Instant
Messaing interface to communitate with your invigilator. It is very simple to use;
just enter your message in the given text area and press Enter on your
keyboard to send the message to your invigilator.
8) Now, when the invigilator marks your attendance, you will see an alert message
to tell you that Your attendance has been confirmed. Click the OK button.
9) The Start Exam button will be enabled and you will see your attendance time
being updated. Click the Start Exam button to read instructions and start your
exam.
10) Read the Exam Instructions carefully before starting the exam. When you
complete reading the instructions, select the confirmation check box and click the
Continue button to start your exam.
11) After starting exam, you will be able to see your exam before you in the left hand
side of the screen. The right hand side will remain same (webcam view on the top
and Instant Messaging at the bottom).
12) The left hand side is designed to display the questions in your exam one by one. It
is divided in 5 main sections:

15) Below the Question panel, you will see the a panel that contains answer choices in
case of a multiple choice question OR a Rich Text Editor if this is a descriptive
question.
16) In the left bottom, there is a count down timer that displays the remaining time of
the current exam.
17) Next is the bottom button bar of the system which is explained below.
a. The first in this area is a slider control that allows you to slide and jump to
a particular question instead of passing through all the questions one by
one.
b. Next is the instructions icon, by clicking which, you will see a screen
containing all the instructions given by the university.
c. The next four buttons are the navigation buttons which are used to
navigate between all the questions of current exam.
d. Next to the navigation buttons, there is the Save button, which is used to
save your answers. This button is disabled by default, and it gets enabled
when you go for answering any question. Whenever you select to answer a
question and click on the answers panel, the navigation controls are
disabled automatically and the save button is enabled, so that you save
your answer properly before continuing your exam.
e. The last one is the Finish button, which allows you to tell the system to
save all your information and finish your exam successfully. When you click
this button, you will see the following confirmation screen.
You cannot continue to finish until you select the confirmation check box.
This is to secure you from accidently finishing your exam. When you select
the confirmation check box, the Finish button gets enabled.
On clicking Finish, the system will save all your exam information. Please
let the system complete the process and DO NOT shutdown your computer
untill you see the following message.
