The physical body is created up of five components namely – Air, Water, Fireplace, Earth
and Aakash (ether – the tiny intercellular areas in the human body).

Mudra could be a Sanskrit word derived from the foundation mud, ‘please’ or ‘delight’ and

– called mudras – of the fingers in one or each hands were discovered by the Vedic scientists
of yoga for maintaining the natural order and healthy distribution of the pancha tatvas – 5
basic components .
