1903. The spiritualist movement was in full swing around the
world. Grand Uncle, Oss Elias Mosis, studied the presentations of
these mediums and their devices for producing psychic
phenomenon. One of his greatest interests was the Spirit Lamp.
Ossie started experimenting in 1903 with devices of different shapes,
believing it may have a relationship with quality and duration of
contact with the spirit world. Better tuning in.
Hand crafting the single pole single throw switch from brass as well
as the cradle for the power source, Ossie used a simple electrical
circuit that when completed by the out of this world participant,
could be used for communication. One flash for YES two for
NO and three for NOT SURE.
He called it The Electro-Illuminarygraph.
At his passing in 1977, age 102, I inherited Uncle Ossies notes and
equipment. I now offer to others interested in conducting their own
experiments in the psychic arena, the opportunity to use re-creations
of the same device Ossie developed and experimented with.

Hi Pete,
My spirit lamp arrived on Sat and it looks and works great! I've attached a pic showing how I
hold it, which naturally hides my ring finger and PK ring so I can turn the light on/off with no
visible movements. Next, I'm going to put a powerful magnet in my sock and test it sitting at
the dining room table. Thanks again...and if you ever add new items to your product line
please let me know.

I got my spirit lamp from Pete on Friday.
When I first contacted him he asked how I would like the prop to look.
As limited as a short email is, I told him what I was looking for and he surpassed my
expectations!!
It is a work of art! It looks like it's over 100 years old!
Pete sent pictures of it before shipping AND payment to make sure I was satisfied, which I
was!!
I even got an email after to make sure I received it and was happy!
At such a low price, I recommend you snatch one up now, while he's still offering them!
I WILL purchase from him again!

In the morning mail. A package sent by Peter McMillan.
It contained a 1904 version of his inxredibly crafted spirit lamp plabchette.
Battery and bulb in place, the knife blade switch thrown, and the bulb lit.
Switch opened and the light went out.
Power off. Planchette moved across the board to answer yes or no, and the
light came to life and glowed brightly as spirits answered.
Worked like a charm.
I am very very proud and pleased to own one of Petes creations.
It is wonderful.
Plenty of typeos in the message above, but the truth of the description is spot
on.
Another quality that I like is the small light bulb itself. It seems to be frosted
rather than clear, and lights with a ghostly, almost amber radiant glow.
Mr McMillan also includes the order numbers for replacement bulbs and
batteries.
He is most talented, and thorough.
