Spirituality Reliability Analysis

Reliability of Section B Scale (Pl name the scale as desired)

This scale reliability is derived from 30 questions in Section B of questionnaire. The result of
analysis is tabulated in Table 1

questions). Since this value is higher than the standard value of 0.7, it can be concluded that there
is good internal consistency of scale and the questionnaire is reliable. It can also be seen from
Table 1 that Standardized Croanbachs Alpha, which is based on correlations of standardized
items, too is above 0.7 (0.895). This reiterates the fact that the scale is consistent and
questionnaire is reliable.
Further analysis was done to check if the reliability can be improved by deleting any one of the
questions. It was found that Croanbach Alpha value does not improve further by deleting any
questions (items) from the scale.
Reliability of Section C Scale (Pl name the scale as desired)
This scale reliability is derived from 15 questions in Section C of questionnaire. The result of
analysis is tabulated in Table 2

Data in Table 2 indicates that the Cronbach's Alpha value is 0.791. This value is higher than the
standard value of 0.7, thus it can be inferred that there is good internal consistency of scale and
the questionnaire is reliable. It can also be seen from Table 2 that Standardized Croanbachs
Alpha too is above 0.7 (0.83). This reiterates the fact that the scale is consistent and
questionnaire is reliable.
It was also found that Croanbach Alpha value does not improve further by deleting any questions
(items) from the scale.

Section D Scale (Pl name the scale as desired)

This scale reliability is derived from 20 questions in Section D of questionnaire. The result of
analysis is tabulated in Table 3

The Cronbachs Alpha value in Table 3 is higher than 0.7 (0.812). This indicates that there is
good internal consistency of scale and the questionnaire is reliable. The Standardized
Croanbachs Alpha too is above 0.7 (0.873). This reiterates the fact that the scale is consistent
and questionnaire is reliable.
It was also found that Croanbach Alpha value does not improve further by deleting any questions
from the scale.
