Wedding Policies & Procedures

Guarantees
For all private functions the number of guests attending must be guaranteed (3) working
days in advance. Your minimum guaranteed number of meals cannot be reduced.
If a minimum guarantee is not received, we will use the original estimated count as a final
guarantee. We will prepare 5% over your guarantee.
Menu selection
Menu selection is require (1) month prior to your event. Our menus are guidelines only;
we will be delighted to customize a menu especially for you. It is prohibited to take any
food and beverage from premises with the exception of the wedding cake.
Prices
All menu (food & beverage) prices are guaranteed upon date of sign contract.
Service Charge
Applicable (20%) service charge and sales tax will be added to all quoted prices.
Decorations
The hotel will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors or ceiling with nails,
staples, and carpet table or any other substance.
Throwing of confetti or rice is not permitted.
Deposit & Payment
All functions require an initial $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. An
additional deposit of 50% of the estimated balance is due (90) days prior to the event with
remaining balance due either (3) working days prior to the event . Final payments and any
balances incurred the day of the event are due in the form of cash, cashiers check or
credit card.
Cancellations and Refunds
If the event is cancelled all monies paid are non-refundable.
