Florida Statutes Chapter 719. This is a Co-Operative: You own a Share in the Co-Op. and receive
a Proprietary Lease (not a deed). You must record the Proprietary Lease at the County
Courthouse and you pay Real Property Taxes. You may homestead if you qualify.
There is a monthly maintenance fee that includes: Water/Sewer/Trash/Lawn Service and Basic
Cable TV. There is a Board of Directors/Budget/Reserve Fund.
As of January 1, 2017 the Maintenance Fee is $142.00 per month .
