I would like to express my interest in The World Bank Group Analyst program, I believe if given

the opportunity, it will help shape and keep me to the standards, broadening my knowledge base,
and keeping me relevant with the skills I will acquire while pursuing the program
I am open to new challenges, flexible, with an ability to adjust to new environment and willing
to learn and to practice the knowledge acquired as well as a team player. With The World Bank
Groups commitment to end extreme poverty and boost shared prosperity, I hold no reservation
but seek to work in such an organization as yours whose mission I can relate with.
I am motivated to impact and lead organizations into utilizing Information Technology to achieve
their goals and objectives. It would be a dream come true to join the World Bank Group because
its highly respected with an international command.
I would like to interact a lot more with colleagues from other countries and learn more regarding
implementation of information technology in tackling poverty and boosting shared opportunities,
how they have managed to create equal opportunities using Information Technology and also
how they have eradicated poverty using Technology so that I implement the same techniques in
my community after the program
I have always yearned for an opportunity to work in a reputable organization where I can get a
platform to work with brilliant intellectuals in Information Technology solving real world
problems with Information Technology tools.
I believe that joining The World Bank Group Analyst Program specializing in Information
Technology will enrich me with a great deal of skills which I will in turn be able to utilize
especially in my sub region and Uganda in particular where there is chronic poverty and unequal
access to opportunities.
I have had close to 2 years of working experience where I have worked at Uganda Christian
University-Hamu Mukasa Library helping students and staff get Technical help in computer and
various systems used at the university. These has exposed me to understand some of the
challenges the people are facing in sub-Saharan Africa and Uganda are facing as far as
interacting with computer systems is concerned since the students and staff I have interacted with

represent the wider population both literate and illiterate. With this background and with
additional experiences while studying at Uganda Christian University.
If given the opportunity I will sum up into a wholesome experience that will have an added
contribution to fighting illiteracy, poverty, shared opportunities and output as far as the
profession is concerned.
Thank you
