Actions out of combat:

Three actions per turn surprise attacks are counted as a major action
and the start of combat.
Up to three dice rolls per turn but unless you have advantage you cannot
reroll.
Healing in general, regardless of class and type takes a whole action.
Passing turns, cant pass more than two times in a row.
Helping roles are dependent on proximity and counted as bonus actions
and must be rolled at the same time.
Movement:
-

Can move up to twice your movement per turn but one other action

can be taken before or after this.

If more than normal movement range has been used; for example

moving 45ft when the normal range is 30ft, it also uses all the turn.
Otherwise you can, move 10 ft do something and then move
another 15, it is less than your normal range.

Reactions:
-

You can hold conversations but that takes from 2 to 3 actions,

depending upon length of conversation, from the instigator.

Saving throws are done in response to an event when it occurs,

however you lose an action on your next turn.

If responding to being called over to help with something or do
something by another party member, the one whos responding
uses their actions of their next turn then, as well as a bonus action
that can only be used to respond. For example Lucas calling over
Saxon to read something, and there are others in between them.
Saxon uses two actions to walk over and read the thing and a bonus
action to tell Lukas, meaning that Saxon only has one action left
when we go to his turn.

Conversations in NPCs:

Ends that particular turn order and it is free roleplaying, turn is

rerolled after the conversation ends.
