Experimental Procedure:

We have the accelerometer that turns the vibration data into electrical signals. We
placed this accelerometer in the shaft bed and got the vibration data.

This vibration data will be given to us in the form of FFT diagram instead of sinusoidal
curves. We will have the chance to observe whether a pick is formed from the multiples
of the shaft rotation speed.
First of all, we place the accelerometer carefully. Then we bring the equipment to the "on"
mode to start spinning.
We also have a speed sensor. The speed sensor also receives speed data via the shaft.
There is a bright band on the equipment. It serves as a bright band reflector. The glossy
surface helps to sense the rotation of the speed sensor. The speed sensor can calculate
the number of revolutions every time it comes to brightness.
First of all, we observed that the shaft was rotating at a speed of 24.78 Hertz.
Then we take a certain number of samples and create a graph for us.
We take 4 samples from the system and finish the test.We wanted to get our vibration
graphics from us in 4 time frames.Taking this, he removed the average and created the
FFT diagrams. We knew you were back at about 25 Hertz.
Now that we have seen that we have small peaks, we will look at how many hertz these
pickles are.
We have chosen the range up to 200 Hertz. We can adjust it from the device as much as
we like.
If we wanted, we could download 100 Hertz and we could get it up to 300 Hertz.
We got data from 0-200 Hertz here and we saw that there were picklers on 25 Hertz.

We have observed the increase and decrease of our data in the experiment. As a result of
this data we have 8 peak points. We observed irregularities when we compared the
amplitude and frequency values at the peak points.
While the frequency values increase regularly, the corresponding amplitude values show
irregularity.
The imbalance resulting from the combination of static and torque imbalance is dynamic
unbalance. The system had to rotate at the same speed on each side to continue rotating.
Variation in values is related to dynamic unbalance. Together with these values, the state of
dynamic unbalance, excentricity, can be removed.
As a result, we have eliminated the eccentric slip phenomenon with different amplitudes and
frequencies thanks to our experimental setup.
