replicate the same spirit of innovation to projects like Smart Cities, which will be critical to Indias growth story in
upcoming times. The current national scenario calls for a change in the structures of existing cities to align them
to expectations of the citizens and pave the way for future.

E-Summit hereby invites you to present your ideas on shaping the future Smart Cities of India.
The areas of focus can range from problems in the following fields:
Mobility
Energy management
Security
Healthcare
Sanitation & waste management
Environmental impact
E-governance

or in any other field that you feel can help transform your city to a smart city.
It is imperative to define and foresee the impact of the solutions to these issues on the stakeholders in the city as
well. The critical task is to maximize the synergies between these sectors and to ensure their feasibility,
sustainability and scalability.
So put on your thinking caps and get an opportunity to present your solutions to a panel of esteemed judges from
IBM.

Round 1 (Prelims):

Round 1 is an elimination round.

Participants are required to submit a 2 page writeup clearly identifying the challenges that their solutions
will tackle and a brief idea about the implementation here.

The results of this round will be announced on 21st January.

x teams will be shortlisted for the finals.

Round 2 (On-campus Finals):

1.

The shortlisted teams can work further on their solution & design a presentation around it.

2.

Presentation needs to be along the similar lines of solutions submitted in Round 1.

The final solution (15-slide PPT max.) needs to be submitted by 23:59:59 hours, 27th January here.

4.

The teams would be invited to present their solutions during E-Summit to the panel.

5.

Time limit is 10 minutes for presentation, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A from the judges
