1. Tujuan

The purposes of this procedure is to ensure that


Health and Safety training is imparted to all the
employees of PT. Jemix Indonesia for improving
their
awareness,
for
compliance
and
contribution to HSE objectives..

Tujuan dari prosedur ini adalah untuk


memastikan bahwa pelatihan K3 yang
diberikan kepada semua karyawan PT.
Jemix Indonesia untuk meningkatkan
kesadaran mereka, untuk kepatuhan dan
kontribusi terhadap tujuan HSE

safety officer of external faculty for
health and safety training as and when
necessary.

of every year for the next year for
approval by director.

identification is aimed at improving the
awareness of the personnel about

5.3.1. Training program meant for workmen


are usually covered on the 5th of every
month before the work begins for 45
minutes.

5.3.1. Program pelatihan dimaksudkan untuk


pekerja biasanya ditutup pada tanggal 5
setiap bulan sebelum pekerjaan dimulai
selama 45 menit.

5.3.2. All the workmen, supervisors, managers


including
subcontractor
personnel
related to site activity are presents for
such meeting.

appropriate to train persons who are
directly responsible for implementation
i.e., line manager, supervisor etc.

5.5.6. Based on above the training programs

achievement of Health and Safety

5.5.7. If health and safety objectives for the
year are achieved as planned, it implies
that contributions through training
programs are realized.

further evaluated on the basis of
presentation skills of the faculty,
