Written Report
Toronto is the best city to host the 2024 games. Toronto features a wide variety of
culture, activities and landscape which can take into account all sports of the 2024
Olympics, old and new. Not only this, but since Toronto is already equipped with
sporting supplies from previous games (Panem), we will have a lot more money to
spend on new facilities and other such things to enhance the experience of both
athletes and people watching. With a great city such as Toronto and a great bid, Toronto
is the obvious choice for the 2024 Summer Olympics.

One of the first problems one might think of is the fact that Toronto could be
considered a pretty dense city, so how do we solve this problem? Simple, good
transportation. For the duration of the games, we will be providing free public
transportation to all who will be attending the games. We plan to use the newest
technology to help get all attendants around the city in a fast and eco-friendly ride.
Transportation should be the least of people's worries, as for 2024 we plan to have one
of the best transportation systems yet. As of the moment there are three and a half
thousand taxi license plates registered in Toronto, we will invest money into training and
providing temporary drivers with vehicles for the duration of the Olympics. We will also
increase taxi prices to help fund these activities.

Toronto is also home to many cultures which can suit everyone. Food will be
available in a wide variety of flavours for all sorts of tastes. We also plan to pay for the
temporary restaurants which will be constructed near the games so that people can
have better access at any time of day for any kind of food imaginable. Toronto also has
a very wide variety of music, so we plan to invite various celebrities to perform
throughout the games. We plan to make it free for all people who attend the games. If
music isnt much of your thing, no problem! Toronto features a large collection of parks,
such as Canadas Wonderland for the adventurous as well as other calmer parks such
as Edwards Botanical Gardens at the heart of Toronto.

Toronto has an excellent climate to host the Olympics. With an average

temperature of 21 degrees centigrade in August, the weather is not too hot to affect
athletes performance. Rainfall is low in August with only 50 centimeters of precipitation.
All these factors combine into an excellent environment for the olympics to be held.
Indoor facilities will be built in addition to outdoor to make sure that athletes have prime
conditions for their competitions.

Toronto will be building the majority of the infrastructure needed in the Port Lands
district. There is existing infrastructure from the Pan-Am games in 2015. This is located
besides the University of Toronto Scarborough. There is quick transportation between
the proposed site and the Pan-Am games infrastructure with Kingston Road. Toronto is
prepared for the Olympic games in terms of hotel space with upwards of 35,000 rooms.
Toronto has the 6th highest room capacity rate in North America.

Proposed Land Development Area

The Port Lands has many parks and development areas. All buildings being developed
will be carbon neutral and use entirely green energy. One of the themes of the Toronto
Olympics with be environmentally sound development and living.

Canada has an exemplary health care system that will be open to tourists visiting
for the games. One new hospital will be built in Toronto for the Olympics. This will
increase the hospital beds per capita. The International Olympics Committee will handle
doping testing and will provide the Toronto Olympics with the results. Canada has one
of the worlds best healthcare systems and will not disappoint throughout the Olympics.

Toronto is a very secure and safe place to host the Olympics. The crime rate is
very low compared to other cities around the world and there is next to no risk for any
natural disasters. Toronto has regulations in place to prevent various industrial disasters
from occurring.Toronto is working towards a more sustainable future and all of these
factors are very important to that future. Toronto is one of the safest cities in North
America.

Toronto is a modern city with all the amenities that a tech-savvy traveler would
need. This includes access to broadband internet as well as reliable, fast and secure
cellular networks. There are 4 mobile networks that include Toronto in their footprint with
a variety of prices for every user. Toronto hosts the headquarters for many technology
companies and has the infrastructure that an Olympic candidate city needs.

Canada is a very secure country that handles immigration and entry with skill. To
enter Canada as a tourist you require a valid travel document and you need to convince
an immigration officer that you will leave at the end of your visit. Various laws regulate
sports in Canada and the athletes that play them.

Canada has a population of 35.16 million. The Greater Toronto Area has a
population of 6,129,900 people. The Toronto city itself has a population of 2,615,000.
Canadas political system is organized into various tiers. The Federal government
governs over Canada as a whole whilst the provincial and municipal governments
govern their own provinces and cities respectively. We have done many public forums

with the consulting budget and we have received very positive reception from the
community. The Toronto people is excited to host the 2024 Olympics!

The Olympics will be mostly public funded. We will accept donations from any
parties willing to donate to sport. As the Olympics will improve Canadas image on the
world stage, the federal government supports us 100%. The provincial and municipal
governments will receive the profit of tourism and are excited to partner with our
collective. Canada stands together to host the world's largest sporting event.

Budget
Advertising: Advertising is a very important part of the budget because it helps to
spread the word about the Olympics and give the world a good impression of the
Olympics. We have committed 20 million dollars to advertising and to revisit the image

of the Olympics. This includes modern logos and pictograms as well as ads distributed
worldwide with television, radio and the web. ($20,000,000.00)
Ceremonies: The opening and closing ceremonies have always been an important part
of the Olympic experience and will receive the attention they need to make sure our
Olympics start and end with a bang! 70 million dollars will go towards the ceremonies.
($70,000,000.00).

protected at the 2024 olympic summer games . That's why we have guaranteed to put
($800,000,000.00) towards security.
Maintenance: We are expecting more than 2 million people coming to experience the
Olympics and this will put stress upon various features of our city. In addition to this we
will also be repairing various historical parts of Toronto and providing a better
experience for people visiting the city. 500 million dollars will go towards maintenance.
($500,000,000.00)
Buildings: Toronto already has some buildings that were used for the pan am games in
2021. So we have decided to use some of the buildings so we can use the money for
other things. We still need to buy some things so we invested 3000000000.
Transportation: Transportation can be very expensive for people, so we are
committing to put money (2 million dollars) towards the athletes for the travel to Toronto
for the games.

Consulting: Consulting with firms and the population to ensure the best group
understanding of the Olympics and to understand what the people feel would benefit the
Olympics are very important.
Investments: Investing in green initiatives around Toronto will complete our Olympic
Pledge. We would like to make Toronto a contender on the world stage for efficiency
and environmental stability.
Partnerships: We are proud to say that we have over 100 different partnerships.
These partnerships are well know and are more directed to our respected
audiences.

We chose to make are logo represent Toronto in the best

Way possible. We put the CN Tower as the background image because
It is one of the most visited places in the city of Toronto. We chose the colour blue for
the text because it is a neutral colour that represents Toronto in many different ways.
We made sure to make the text stand out so it is very legible. Finally, we finished with
the olympic rings. What would be an olympic logo without the rings.
